La cita, que ha tengut lloc el dimarts 18 de setembre, ha reunit un destacat grup de sommeliers de Mallorca que han degustat una desena de vins d&#8217;aquesta regi\u00f3 francesa.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acte, organitzat per la distribu\u00efdora mallorquina\u00a0<strong>Redivins Import<\/strong>, ha servit per donar a con\u00e8ixer una selecci\u00f3 dels segons vins dels\u00a0<em>chateaux<\/em>\u00a0(cellers)\u00a0de Bordeus, uns vins que es poden adquirir a un preu m\u00e9s econ\u00f2mic per\u00f2 amb una gran qualitat. De fet, el negociat\u00a0<strong>Ballande et Meneret<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s un dels tres m\u00e9s importants de Bordeus que es dedica a la selecci\u00f3 i venda de vins. D&#8217;entre els vins tastats cal destacar l&#8217;<strong>Alter Ego de Chateau Palmer<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>(2014)<\/strong>, el\u00a0<strong>Duo de Conseillante<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>(2016)<\/strong>, el\u00a0<strong>Connetable de Talbot (2015)<\/strong>\u00a0i el\u00a0<strong>R\u00e9serve de la Comtesse<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>(2015)<\/strong>, a m\u00e9s del vi blanc\u00a0<strong>Ch\u00e0teau d&#8217;Alix Blanc (2016)<\/strong>. La majoria d&#8217;aquests vins destaquen per la pres\u00e8ncia de la varietat de ra\u00efm Merlot, com tamb\u00e9 de Sauvignon Franc i Cabernet Sauvignon.<\/p>\n<p>Els vins de Bordeus s\u00f3n uns dels m\u00e9s cotitzats al m\u00f3n. La majoria dels vins que s&#8217;hi fan s\u00f3n vins negres, tot i que tamb\u00e9 en fan de blancs i de dol\u00e7os. Actualment, hi ha 6.810 viticultors, 300 cases de negoci, 84 corredors de vins i 34 cellers cooperatius, el que es tradueix en 55.000 llocs de feina. La regi\u00f3 compr\u00e8n 111.150 hect\u00e0res de vinya i la mitjana de les explotacions \u00e9s de 15 hect\u00e0rees, amb 65 denominacions.
