El darrer servei va ser el del dissabte 7 de juliol.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant, que durant 15 edicions ha estat guardonat amb una estrella Michelin, tancar\u00e0 una etapa d&#8217;\u00e8xit. Ara b\u00e9, Caldentey ja ha advertit que el restaurant en si no desapareix, sin\u00f3 que es transforma en un nou concepte que es dir\u00e0 Tomeu Caldentey Cuiner, un restaurant &#8220;m\u00e9s informal amb la cuina sincera de sempre&#8221;. El nou restaurant obrir\u00e0 a final d&#8217;any.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carme Ruscalleda tamb\u00e9 tanca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Com a curiositat cal comentar que la not\u00edcia arriba poc despr\u00e9s que la cuinera gironina Carme Ruscalleda tamb\u00e9 hagi anunciat el tancament del restaurant Sant Pau, l&#8217;\u00fanica xef amb 3 estrelles Michelin i la cuinera que m\u00e9s estrelles acumulades, 7.<\/p>\n<p>Ruscalleda no se jubila, sin\u00f3 que continuar\u00e0 vinculada al restaurant Sant Pau de T\u00f2quio i el restaurant Moments de l\u2019Hotel Mandarin de Barcelona. Pel que fa al restaurant Sant Pau, passar\u00e0 a ser un bar que dirigir\u00e0 Merc\u00e8 Balam, la seva filla; i una part de l&#8217;espai es convertir\u00e0 en l&#8217;Estudi, des d&#8217;on continuaran innovant i treballant.
