Aquest tipus de pebre bord \u00e9s un dels ingredients indispensables per fer sobrassada, l&#8217;embotit per excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia de les Illes Balears. El cultiven\u00a0a Mallorca, concretament a les terres que gestiona l&#8217;empresa\u00a0<strong>Especias Cresp\u00ed<\/strong>.\u00a0Juntament al ginebr\u00f3 i el pebre tap de quart\u00ed, el\u00a0<strong>Gin de Tap de Cort\u00ed<\/strong>est\u00e0 especiat amb canyella. Destaca pel seu gust agradable; \u00e9s molt arom\u00e0tic i crida molt l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 pel color vermell. Aquest vi pertany a la s\u00e8rie\u00a0<strong>Colecci\u00f3n<\/strong>, fet a base d&#8217;un ra\u00efm que prov\u00e9 de les microparcel\u00b7l\u00e8s d&#8217;aquest celler, i que surt al mercat 2 anys despr\u00e9s de guardar-lo, com a m\u00ednim 2 anys, en botella. Est\u00e0 emmarcat en la\u00a0<strong>DO Rias Baixas<\/strong>\u00a0i ha envellit sobre p\u00f2sits d&#8217;acer inoxidable. El ra\u00efm prov\u00e9 d&#8217;un paratge \u00fanic de 7 hect\u00e0rees de la vinya la Capella, a Espiells (Sant Sadurn\u00ed d&#8217;Anoia). \u00c9s un cava monovarietal, 100% Xarel\u00b7lo, ideal per gaudir amb marisc, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 amb aguiats de carn.
