L\u00f3pez Vel\u00e1zquez<\/strong>\u00a0s&#8217;han proclamat guanyadores del 2n Campionat de les Verdures. Les dues s\u00f3n alumnes de l&#8217;\u00a0IES Maria \u00c0ngels Cardona de Ciutadella, un centre que va guanyar l&#8217;any passat la primera edici\u00f3 del concurs.<\/p>\n<p>El segon premi ha estat per\u00a0<strong>David Padilla Ferrer<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Juan Camilo Vasquez Nore\u00f1a\u00a0<\/strong>de l&#8217;IES Marc Ferrer de Formentera;<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>mentre\u00a0<strong>Laura Micaela Frontera<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Hugo Garc\u00eda Iglesias<\/strong>\u00a0de l&#8217;IES Calvi\u00e0 han guanyat el premi\u00a0i el guard\u00f3 especial de l&#8217;associaci\u00f3\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/masbrocoli\">+ Brocoli<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El campionat es va celebrar el dilluns, dia 19 de febrer, a l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears, gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ascaib.com\/\">Associaci\u00f3 de Cuiners Afincats a les Illes Balears<\/a>(ASCAIB) i va comptar amb la participaci\u00f3 de totes les escoles de cuina de les Illes Balears, tant de Mallorca, com d&#8217;Eivissa, Formentera i Menorca.<\/p>\n<p>Cada equip, format per 2 persones, va haver de preparar una recepta nom\u00e9s amb les verdures com a ingredients, i es va haver d&#8217;acompanyar amb una melodia que els mateixos alumnes varen escollir. Entre el nombr\u00f3s jurat, hi havia cuiners com\u00a0<strong>Koldo Royo<\/strong>, que el presidia,\u00a0<strong>Maria Salinas<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Miquel Gelabert<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Miguel Bonet<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Tomeu Caldentey<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>Claudio Lemos<\/strong>, entre altres; a m\u00e9s de cr\u00edtics i periodistes gastron\u00f2mics com per exemple\u00a0<strong>Bep Al\u00b7l\u00e8s<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Lydia E.
