Es tracta d&#8217;una obra escrita a quatre mans, concretament per\u00a0<strong>Xavi Ca\u00f1ellas, Jes\u00fas Sanchis, Xavier Aguado i Luc\u00eda Redondo<\/strong>. Segons s&#8217;apunta a l&#8217;obra, es tracta d&#8217;una guia in\u00e8dita que proporciona les claus per cuidar de la microbiota intestinal a trav\u00e9s del menjar.<\/p>\n<p>El llibre es presenta el divendres, 12 de gener, a la llibreria Abacus (<a href=\"https:\/\/maps.google.com\/?q=carrer+de+Colom,+9&amp;entry=gmail&amp;source=g\">carrer de Colom, 9<\/a>\u00a0de Palma), a les 18 hores. Els autors parlen que entre &#8220;dietes, pastilles miraculoses i superaliments que prometen ser font de salut i benestar, cada vegada hi ha m\u00e9s persones que pateixen obesitat, diabetis, c\u00e0ncer, accidents cardiovasculars, malaties autoimmunit\u00e0ries, ansietat o depressi\u00f3&#8230;\u00a0<strong>Totes aquestes patologies tenen un nexe com\u00fa: l&#8217;alteraci\u00f3 de la microtiota intestital<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, els microbios que resideixen en els intestins&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>El llibre dedica diversos apartats a explicar qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la prebi\u00f2tica, a tractar la diversitat i ecosistema intestinal i sobre com organitzar-se a l&#8217;hora de menjar. Tamb\u00e9 cont\u00e9 un ampli recull de receptes amb aliments que favoreixen la microbiota intestinal.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;obra, publicada a Plataforma Editorial, cont\u00e9 250 p\u00e0gines i t\u00e9 un preu de 18 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre els autors:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Xavi Ca\u00f1ellas\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e9s psiconeuroimmun\u00f2leg, conferenciant i docent en diversos m\u00e0sters i cursos, i coautor del llibre<em>\u00a0Ni\u00f1os sanos, adultos sanos<\/em>\u00a0(Plataforma Editorial, 2016). \u00c9s codirector i docent del curs Expert Universitari en Psiconeuroimmunologia Cl\u00ednica per la Efhre International University i investigador col\u00b7laborador del Grup de Recerca d&#8217;Eumetabolisme i Nutrici\u00f3 de l&#8217;IDIBGI, Hospital Dr. Josep Trueta.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.regenera.cat\/\">www.regenera.cat<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jes\u00fas Sanchis<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s dietista-nutricionista, professor i investigador de la Universitat de Val\u00e8ncia. Ha rebut diversos premis nacionals al millor expedient d&#8217;Espanya, fruit de la seva brillant traject\u00f2ria acad\u00e8mica. Centra les seves investigacions en les interaccions entre la microbiota intestinal, l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i la salut. \u00c9s divulgador i coautor del llibre\u00a0<em>\u00a0Ni\u00f1os sanos, adultos sanos<\/em>\u00a0(Plataforma Editorial, 2016).\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jesussanchis.com\/\">www.jesussanchis.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Xavier Aguado<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s cuiner propietari de BionBo botiga, taller i obrador, i BionBo Caf\u00e8 Gastrobar, un dels restaurants destacats de Girona. Despr\u00e9s de formar-se a Edimburg com a cuiner i despr\u00e9s de diverses aventures gastron\u00f2miques al llarg del m\u00f3n, l&#8217;any 2016 va decidir crear el restaurant des del qual promou una cuina basada en productes ecol\u00f2gics i de proximitat, i esquitxada d&#8217;influ\u00e8ncies de tot el ventall gastron\u00f2mic mundial.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bionbo.com\/\">www.bionbo.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Luc\u00eda Redondo\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e9s dietista-nutricionista i s&#8217;ha format \u00e0mpliament en el camp de la medicina natural. Durant vuit anys ha estat professora del Cicle Formatiu de Diet\u00e8tica de l&#8217;IFPS Roger de Ll\u00faria a Barcelona.
