{"id":69017,"date":"2017-12-20T20:29:31","date_gmt":"2017-12-20T19:29:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/loli-novell-es-presenta-precedit-duna-bona-anyada"},"modified":"2017-12-20T20:29:31","modified_gmt":"2017-12-20T19:29:31","slug":"loli-novell-es-presenta-precedit-duna-bona-anyada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/loli-novell-es-presenta-precedit-duna-bona-anyada","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;oli novell es presenta precedit d&#8217;una bona anyada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Els elaboradors d&#8217;Oli de Mallorca han collit prop de 5 quilos d&#8217;oliva<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;oli novell 2017 s&#8217;ha presentat en societat en un acte al Casal Solleric de Palma.\u00a0<strong>Sebasti\u00e0 Solivellas<\/strong>, president del Consell Regulador, ha explicat que enguany hi ha hagut una collita excepcional pel que fa al volum d\u2019oliva collida, una xifra que gira a prop dels 5 milions de quilos d\u2019oliva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joan Mayol<\/strong>, d&#8217;<strong>Oli Verderol<\/strong>, remarca que aquesta xifra elevada de producci\u00f3 es deu a les altes temperatures que s&#8217;han viscut durant l&#8217;estiu &#8220;perqu\u00e8 la mosca que ataca l&#8217;oliva no es pot reproduir a m\u00e9s de 30 graus, per aix\u00f2 l&#8217;olivera no n&#8217;ha estat tan afectada com altres anys&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que la majoria de productors ja han collit l&#8217;oliva, hi ha difer\u00e8ncies segons la zona en qu\u00e8 es troba l&#8217;olivar. De fet,\u00a0<strong>Miquel Gual<\/strong>, gerent de la\u00a0<strong>Cooperativa de S\u00f3ller<\/strong>, comenta que fa una setmana que han comen\u00e7at a collir l&#8217;oliva de la varietat Mallorquina. De fet, el seu oli t\u00e9 un 80% de Mallorquina i un 20% de la varietat Piqual; una situaci\u00f3 ben diferent de l&#8217;oli\u00a0<strong>Es Roquissar<\/strong>, de Valldemossa, que \u00e9s 100% de varietat Mallorquina, i que ja s&#8217;ha recollit tota.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oli de qualitat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Segons Solivellas, tot i que els mallorquins de cada vegada mostren m\u00e9s sensibilitat a l\u2019hora de consumir i a la preocupaci\u00f3 per la qualitat, afegeixen el valor de la proximitat a l\u2019hora de decidir entre un producte o un altre, als productors locals com els de la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen Oli de Mallorca, encara els queda un llarg recorregut a fer.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;acte, hi han assistit el director general d\u2019Agricultura i Pesca del Govern de les Illes Balears, Mateu Ginard, el director insular de Foment de l\u2019Economia Local del Consell de Mallorca, Llu\u00eds Socies, aix\u00ed com comercialitzadors.<\/p>\n<p>Podeu consultar totes les marques de l&#8217;Oli de Mallorca a:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.olidemallorca.es\/marques\/\">http:\/\/www.olidemallorca.es\/marques\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Campanya de Nadal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El president del consell regulador ha convidat a consumir Oli de Mallorca tamb\u00e9 aquest Nadal. Per aix\u00f2, s&#8217;ha posat en marxa la campanya basada en compartir, gaudir, regalar, assaborir i celebrar aquestes festes amb l&#8217;Oli de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>Paral\u00b7lelament a aquesta campanya de consum nadalenc, el Consell Regulador, vol fer part\u00edcip el consumidor de l\u2019arribada de l\u2019Oli Novell i, per aix\u00f2, el promour\u00e0 a diferents establiments que convidaran a tastar-lo durant aquestes festes.
