Aquests s\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>Igor Rodr\u00edguez, del restaurant Ham del Port de S\u00f3ller; i Aingeru Etxebarr\u00eda, del restaurant Can Terra d&#8217;Eivissa<\/strong>, tots dos cuiners d&#8217;origen basc.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest certamen, que compleix la tretzena edici\u00f3, se celebrar\u00e0 els dies 6, 7 i 8 de novembre a Valladolid. Igor Rodr\u00edguez, que ha estat finalista del concurs en les edicions de 2011, 2013, 2015 i 2016, \u00a0hi preparar\u00e0 la tapa\u00a0<strong>Ensa\u00efmada de cranca de riu<\/strong>. Per la seva banda, \u00a0Aingeru Echevarr\u00eda, qui tamb\u00e9 hi ha participat anteriorment, hi cuinar\u00e0 la tapa titulada\u00a0<strong>A Tot Porc li Arriba el seu Sant Mart\u00ed<\/strong>, que consisteix en un rul\u00b7lo de carpaccio de xulla a 65\u00ba torrada de tonkatsu (plat japon\u00e8s que consisteix en una costellla de porc d&#8217;un cent\u00edmetre de gruixa, passada per farina, ous batuts i panko), steak tartar amb cruixent de corna, pa de llet al vapor i aroma d&#8217;agl\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Des del mes de juny, cuiners de tot l&#8217;Estat han fet arribar receptes de tapes i barquetes d&#8217;autor al comit\u00e8 de selecci\u00f3. Dia 9 d&#8217;octubre, avaluaren les candidatures a partir de la qualitat culin\u00e0ria, l&#8217;originalitat, l&#8217;est\u00e8tica i l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 comercial de cada proposta fins a confeccionar la llista dels 48 participants. El premi per al guanyador de l&#8217;edici\u00f3 2017 \u00e9s de 6.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p>El jurat estar\u00e0 presidit pel cuiner\u00a0<strong>Alberto Chicote<\/strong>, dels restaurants YakiToro i Puerta del Sol, tots dos de Madrid, i presentador dels programes televisius Pesadilla en la Cocina i Top Chef.
