{"id":69237,"date":"2017-09-26T10:00:21","date_gmt":"2017-09-26T08:00:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/petits-cellers-de-mallorca-pronostica-un-vi-dalta-qualitat"},"modified":"2022-04-09T10:31:41","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T08:31:41","slug":"petits-cellers-de-mallorca-pronostica-un-vi-dalta-qualitat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/petits-cellers-de-mallorca-pronostica-un-vi-dalta-qualitat","title":{"rendered":"Petits Cellers de Mallorca pronostica un vi d&#8217;alta qualitat"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><em>La producci\u00f3 de ra\u00efm ser\u00e0 un 30% inferior a la prevista<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Guillem Vicens, president de l&#8217;associaci\u00f3 Petits Cellers, pronostica que el vi que s&#8217;obtindr\u00e0 del ra\u00efm d&#8217;enguany ser\u00e0 d&#8217;una alta qualitat.<\/p>\n<p>Ho va comentar divendres dia 22 de setembre durant la previsi\u00f3 de la verema de 2017, que va tenir lloc les vinyes del celler Son Vich de Superna de Puigpunyent, propietat de la fam\u00edlia Sampol &#8211; Massanet.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta bona previsi\u00f3 es deu a l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia de malalties, a la bona climatologia que hi ha hagut, sense calabruixades ni pluges excessives abans de recollir el ra\u00efm. Tot i aix\u00f2, la forta calor i xafogor de l&#8217;estiu provocar\u00e0 que la producci\u00f3 prevista en 3 milions de kilos de ra\u00efm sigui inferior, aproximadament d&#8217;un 30% menys.<\/p>\n<p>La verema ja ha acabat a quasi tota l&#8217;illa, nom\u00e9s falten els cellers de la Serra de Tramuntana que la finalitzaran en una setmana. &#8220;Sempre solen anar m\u00e9s endarrerits que la resta per la climatologia particular que hi ha a la muntanya&#8221;, va aclarir Vicens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El 60% del vi de Mallorca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La producci\u00f3 de Petits Cellers suposa el 60% de la producci\u00f3 de vi a Mallorca, ja que l&#8217;entitat agrupa 39 cellers de l&#8217;illa. Pel que fa a la Xylella fastidiosa, Vicens va comentar que per sort, nom\u00e9s s&#8217;han detectat 14 casos a cellers de la comarca de Llevant: &#8220;assortadament no ha afectat a la vinya. Esperam que Europa respecti la petici\u00f3 del Govern de les Iles Balears i que nom\u00e9s s&#8217;hagi d&#8217;arrabassar la planta infectada perqu\u00e8 en cas contrari suposaria eliminar tots els ceps en un radi de 100 metros.
