Des del Museu d&#8217;Hist\u00f2ria de Menorca i l&#8217;associaci\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica Fra Roger han organitzat diferents iniciatives.<\/p>\n<p>La primera \u00e9s un sopar setcentista al restaurant Es Tast de na Silvia de Ciutadella, en el que es recorrer\u00e0 It\u00e0lia, Viena, Menorca, Cuba i Santo Domingo a trav\u00e9s dels productes i els plats de l\u2019\u00e8poca, amb la interpretaci\u00f3 que en faran Silvia Anglada i Toni Tarrag\u00f3, cuinera i cap de sala del restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Tendr\u00e0 lloc el dijous 13 de juliol, a les 21 hores.\u00a0\u00a0Les places son limitades, el preu \u00e9s de 60\u20ac per persona (50\u20ac per als socis de Fra Roger), pots fer la reserva pr\u00e8via cridant al tel\u00e8fon 971387895.<\/p>\n<p>El men\u00fa consisteix en 6 plats, que rememoren diferentes etapes de la vida del pintor:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1752 Naixament de Pasqual Calb\u00f3 a Ma\u00f3<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Pa de blat xeixa amb maonesa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1760 adolesc\u00e8ncia a Menorca<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Coca de garrova, botifarr\u00f3 i poma\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1770 1a sortida de Menorca cap a G\u00e8nova<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tom\u00e0tiga, alberg\u00ednia, alf\u00e0brega, formatge, pinyons<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1774\/1778 viatge a Ven\u00e8cia i Roma<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Risotto de blat amb \u00e0nnera i c\u00edtrics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1787 a 1790 viatge a l&#8217;Havana, Santo Domingo i Nova Orleans<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Peix amb iuca i llet de coco\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Porc confitat amb patates de malaga i panses\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1817 mort de Pasqual Calb\u00f3 a Menorca<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Corajillo, recordant la seva \u00e8poca a l`Havana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Tot maridat amb vi, que en un dels seus viatges no va poder enviar a la seva familia a causa de l\u2019elevat preu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, s&#8217;han organitzat altres activitats:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dissabte, 5 d\u2019agost a les 20.30 h<\/strong>: Festa setcentista al Museu de Menorca a Ma\u00f3, a trav\u00e9s de la\u00a0<strong>m\u00fasica, l\u2019art i la gastronomia de l\u2019\u00e8poca<\/strong>. Hi haur\u00e0 un tast gastron\u00f2mic, i l\u2019actuaci\u00f3 musical de Menorca Wind Quartet, que interpretar\u00e0 peces del segle XVIII. Les persones que hi vagin disfressats de personatges del segle XVIII rebran un petit obsequi i aquella persona que vagi m\u00e9s ben caracteritzada, s\u2019endur\u00e0 dos cat\u00e0legs de l\u2019exposici\u00f3. S\u2019hi projectar\u00e0 tamb\u00e9 el\u00a0<em>mapping &#8216;<\/em>El viatge creatiu de Calb\u00f3&#8217;. Lloc: Museu de Menorca (Avinguda Dr. Gu\u00e0rdia s\/n.
