Tenen un \u00edndex de gluten baix i no duen sa\u00efm<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La fam\u00edlia Gori de Muro creix amb unes noves galletes de blat de xeixa. Aquest nou producte s&#8217;afegeix a l&#8217;\u00e0mplia gamma de galletes que elabora aquesta empresa familiar mallorquina.<\/p>\n<p>El blat de xeixa \u00e9s un aliment aut\u00f2cton de les Illes Balears que va estar a punt de desapareixer als anys 70 i 80 per l&#8217;arribada de blats transg\u00e8nics, m\u00e9s productius que els que tradiconalment es cultivaven a Mallorca i a les Balears. Cal destacar que aquest tipus de blat t\u00e9 poc gluten.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, les galletes no duen sa\u00efm.
