Regularment, tamb\u00e9 inclour\u00e0 diferents apartats com, per exemple, gastronomia d&#8217;hotel.<br \/>\n<strong>Cocina con huella<\/strong>: S&#8217;endinsa en l&#8217;origen dels aliments i les seves caracter\u00edstiques i possibilitats en la cuina i s&#8217;hi oferiran receptes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1O\u00eddo Cocina!<\/strong>: \u00c9s l&#8217;apartat dedicat a l&#8217;actualitat gastron\u00f2mica que compta amb el suport de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Periodistes i Escriptors Gastron\u00f2mics de les Illes Balears i el portal Gastron\u00f2micament, que anuncia\u00a0 analitza els actes i \u00e9s destacats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entre barricas<\/strong>: Ens trasllada a l&#8217;univers del vi des de tots els seus vessants (elaboraci\u00f3, comercialitzaci\u00f3 i sommillieria). Tamb\u00e9 inclou peri\u00f2dicament la subsecci\u00f3 Maridatges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfMezclamos?<\/strong>:\u00a0 El programa compta amb una secci\u00f3 exclusivament dedicada a l&#8217;univers de la cocteleria i als <em>bartenders<\/em>.
