L&#8217;acci\u00f3 s&#8217;emmarca en la iniciativa subscrita entre l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Mallorquina de Cafeteries, Bars i Restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>El cuiner gallec ha preparat un tremp\u00f3 amb musclos en el seu brou acidulat per a 150 persones, apostant un cop m\u00e9s pels productes de temporada. En aquesta ocasi\u00f3, Marcos Presedo ha volgut cuinar un men\u00fa com a comiat a l&#8217;estiu combinant producte mallorqu\u00ed amb producte gallec a partir de receptes\u00a0tradicionals, aportant-hi un toc de modernitat.<\/p>\n<p>Presedo ha ensenyat als usuaris de Cuina del Projecte Home Balears com convertir un brou de musclos en un brou acidulat, i els ha mostrat com transformar un tremp\u00f3 mallorqu\u00ed tradicional en una sopa freda de peix.<\/p>\n<p>Per a Marcos Presedo cuinar al costat de les persones de Projecte Home &#8220;ha estat tot un honor&#8221;, especialment per &#8220;poder transmetre els valors que t&#8217;exigeix \u200b\u200btreballar en una cuina: superaci\u00f3, motivaci\u00f3, const\u00e0ncia o com gestionar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i tenir clar que tot el que es fa amb amor surt b\u00e9 &#8230; coses que et serveixen per a la vida mateixa&#8221;. Presedo ha lloat l&#8217;actitud dels usuaris de Projecte Home, i\u00a0ha assegurat que els ha vist &#8220;molt implicats i amb ganes d&#8217;aprendre i de fer noves coses&#8221;, la qual cosa ha valorat molt positivament.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Marcos Presedo: &#8220;Els valors que t&#8217;exigeix la cuina et serveixen per afrontar la vida&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Fins al Projecte Home s&#8217;han despla\u00e7at tamb\u00e9 els propietaris del restaurant Es Jard\u00ed de Can Costa, C\u00e9sar Soto i Pilar Rebollal, que s&#8217;han mostrat molt satisfets de tornar a col\u00b7laborar amb l&#8217;entitat. Fa dos anys, tots dos van col\u00b7laborar amb l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 duna festa amb motiu del primer aniversari del restaurant Can Costa de Pollen\u00e7a, en la qual es\u00a0van recaptar m\u00e9s de 5.000 euros que van destinar \u00edntegrament a l&#8217;entitat. El gerent d&#8217;Es Jard\u00ed de Can Costa ha aprofitat la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest dilluns amb Projecte Home per anunciar que, el maig de 2017, amb motiu del primer any del restaurant de Marratx\u00ed, s&#8217;organitzar\u00e0 una altra festa els fons aniran destinats a aquesta entitat.<!--more--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marcos Presedo ha cuinat per a
