{"id":70300,"date":"2016-04-01T17:31:20","date_gmt":"2016-04-01T15:31:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/nova-edicio-del-concurs-oleotapa-2016"},"modified":"2022-04-09T10:52:09","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T08:52:09","slug":"nova-edicio-del-concurs-oleotapa-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/nova-edicio-del-concurs-oleotapa-2016","title":{"rendered":"Nova edici\u00f3 del concurs Oleotapa 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un any m\u00e9s, Oli de Mallorca convoca juntament amb Restauraci\u00f3, Makro i l\u2019Escola\u00a0d\u2019Hoteleria de les Illes Balears (EHIB) el<strong> concurs de tapes per professionals de la\u00a0restauraci\u00f3,\u00a0Oleotapa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta nova edici\u00f3 del concurs Oleotapa 2016, <strong>la inscripci\u00f3 de participants \u00e9s oberta fins dia 11 d&#8217;abril<\/strong>. Despr\u00e9s se seleccionaran fins a\u00a08 finalistes que presentaran les seves tapes dia 18 d\u2019abril\u00a0a l\u2019EHIB davant un jurat format, entre d\u2019altres professionals, per la cuinera Macarena de<br \/>\nCastro.<\/p>\n<h4>Bases<\/h4>\n<p>1. El concurs est\u00e0 organitzat per el Consell Regulador de la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen Oli de\u00a0Mallorca, Restauraci\u00f3n (Asociaci\u00f3n Mallorquina de Cafeter\u00edas, Bares y Restaurantes), Makro i\u00a0l\u2019Escola d\u2019Hoteleria de les Illes Balears, amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de la Conselleria de Medi\u00a0Ambient, Agricultura i Pesca.<\/p>\n<p>2. El concurs t\u00e9 com a objectiu fomentar l\u2019\u00fas de l\u2019Oli de Mallorca en la elaboraci\u00f3 de tapes\u00a0i donar a con\u00e8ixer els establiments de restauraci\u00f3 que elaboren plats amb oli d\u2019oliva verge\u00a0extra.<\/p>\n<p>3. \u00c9s un concurs obert on pot participar qualsevol establiment de restauraci\u00f3 de Mallorca.\u00a0La inscripci\u00f3 al concurs \u00e9s gratu\u00efta.<\/p>\n<p>4.Per participar, s\u2019ha de complimentar el full d\u2019inscripci\u00f3 que trobaran a la web\u00a0www.olidemallorca.es, amb totes les dades i adjuntar foto de la tapa a concurs. La\u00a0documentaci\u00f3 s\u2019haur\u00e0 d\u2019enviar afins a l\u201911 de abril de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>5. Entre els candidats es seleccionaran 8 finalistes per la fase final.<\/p>\n<p>6. La final es dur\u00e0 a terme en les instal\u00b7lacions de l\u2019Escola d\u2019Hoteleria de les Illes Balears el\u00a0dia 18 d\u2019abril de 2016 a partir de les 16.30 hores.<\/p>\n<p>7. L\u2019ordre de participaci\u00f3 s\u2019establir\u00e0 per sorteig el mateix dia i els concursants comen\u00e7aran\u00a0cada 15 minuts.<\/p>\n<p>8. Per elaborar les seves tapes els finalistes tindran a la seva disposici\u00f3 els aliments de la recepta presentada amb la inscripci\u00f3, els qual seran subministrats per Makro el mateix dia del concurs (sempre que Makro disposi dels mateixos), els elements necessaris per la elaboraci\u00f3 els haur\u00e0 de portar cada participant. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, disposaran d\u2019una botella d\u2019Oli de Mallorca. En el cas de que la recepta requereixi d\u2019una elaboraci\u00f3 m\u00e9s complexa, els participants podran dur la mat\u00e8ria primera elaborada per procedir al muntatge o finalitzaci\u00f3 de la recepta en les instal\u00b7lacions del concurs (aquests ingredients aniran a c\u00e0rrec del participant).<\/p>\n<p>9. Els concursants hauran de preparar 6 racions d\u2019una tapa, en un temps m\u00e0xim de 30 minuts. Passats els quals hauran de presentar al jurat les 6 tapes. Els participants disposaran de 2 minuts de gr\u00e0cia per emplatar. Si aquest temps \u00e9s superat, es penalitzar\u00e0 al concursant.<\/p>\n<p>10. Els participants hauran de tenir cura i ser respectuosos amb els materials i les instal\u00b7lacions, deixant el seu lloc de feina net i endre\u00e7at pel seg\u00fcent concursant. Un jurat de cuina certificar\u00e0 el possible incompliment de la norma.<\/p>\n<p>11. El jurat estar\u00e0 integrat per: &#8211; Un representant de Restauraci\u00f3n &#8211; Dos representants de l\u2019Escola d\u2019Hoteleria de les Illes Balears &#8211; Un representant de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Periodistes Gastron\u00f2mics de les Illes Balears &#8211; Un representant d\u2019Oli de Mallorca &#8211; La xef Macarena de Castro.<\/p>\n<p>12. El jurat valorar\u00e0 en especial:<br \/>\n&#8211; La incid\u00e8ncia sensorial de l\u2019Oli de Mallorca en les tapes&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 10 punts<br \/>\n&#8211; La presentaci\u00f3 de la tapa &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 5 punts<br \/>\n&#8211; Complexitat t\u00e8cnica de la tapa &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 5 punts<br \/>\n&#8211; La qualitat organol\u00e8ptica del plat &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; 5 punts<br \/>\n&#8211; Preparaci\u00f3 correcta i professional &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 5 punts<br \/>\nLa decisi\u00f3 del jurat ser\u00e0 ferma i no recurrible.<\/p>\n<p>13. Els premis del concurs Oleotapa 2016 seran:<br \/>\n<strong>Primer premi<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Selecci\u00f3 d\u2019olis Oli de Mallorca (valorat en 200\u20ac)<br \/>\n&#8211; Selecci\u00f3 de productes Makro (valorats en 200\u20ac)<br \/>\n&#8211; Presentaci\u00f3 de la tapa en esdeveniments programats per la DO Oli de Mallorca i col\u00b7laboracions especials.<br \/>\n<strong>Segon premi<br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8211; Selecci\u00f3 d\u2019olis Oli de Mallorca (valorat en 200\u20ac)<br \/>\n&#8211; Selecci\u00f3 de productes Makro (valorats en 100\u20ac)<br \/>\n<strong>Tercer premi<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Selecci\u00f3 d\u2019olis Oli de Mallorca (valorat en 200\u20ac)<br \/>\n&#8211; Selecci\u00f3 de productes Makro (valorats en 100\u20ac)<\/p>\n<p>14. Aix\u00ed mateix, tots els participants a la final rebran una botella d\u2019Oli de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>15. L\u2019entrega de premis tindr\u00e0 lloc en les instal\u00b7lacions de Makro durant un acte p\u00fablic en les setmanes seg\u00fcents al concurs.<\/p>\n<p>16. Les receptes dels tres primers classificats, si aix\u00ed ho desitgen, podran ser publicades a la web <a title=\"Oli de Mallorca\" href=\"http:\/\/www.olidemallorca.es\" target=\"_blank\" xarxes socials, per la qual cosa hauran d\u2019aportar la recepta detallant: t\u00edtol, ingredients, preparaci\u00f3 i
