El recetario de los Salort de Ciutadella (1860-1917)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s la primera vegada que es publica un receptari de la noblesa de Ciutadella, una obra que permet viatjar fins a final del segle XIX i comen\u00e7ament del XX.<\/p>\n<p>Cada recepta s&#8217;acompanya d&#8217;un comentari de l&#8217;autor que explica alguns detalls hist\u00f2rics o curiositats del plat o de l&#8217;\u00e8poca. Segons explica Bep Al\u00b7l\u00e8s, ha mantingut l&#8217;idioma original en qu\u00e8 foren escrites les receptes, l&#8217;espanyol, i per aix\u00f2, tamb\u00e9 n&#8217;ha conservat l&#8217;ortografia de l&#8217;\u00e8poca.<\/p>\n<h4><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"margin: 7px;\" src=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/bep-alles.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"220\" height=\"270\" \/><\/h4>\n<p>El doctor en Historia Jaume Sastre ha fet el pr\u00f2leg del llibre, mentre que la fotografia de portada \u00e9s del fot\u00f2graf Bartomeu Sastre Grimalt. El llibre tamb\u00e9 ha comptat amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de Tomeu Arbona, del Forner de la Soca de Palma.<\/p>\n<h4>Presentaci\u00f3 a Palma<\/h4>\n<p><em>Cocina se\u00f1orial de Menorca.
