Malgrat el poc temps que duu al mercat, alguns cellers tradicionals han qualificat el vi blau de &#8220;blasf\u00e8mia&#8221;, &#8220;ruptura d&#8217;un producte sagrat&#8221; i fins i tot de &#8220;terrible invenci\u00f3&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Inconformistes amb l&#8217;immobilisme del sector, els seus creadors afirmen que la ra\u00f3 de ser del producte no \u00e9s altra que la d&#8217;intentar revolucionar una ind\u00fastria mil\u00b7len\u00e0ria, &#8220;trencar amb el passat i inventar el futur&#8221;. Des de G\u00efk afirmen que &#8220;per aix\u00f2, el vi blau no s&#8217;adapta al gust d&#8217;experts tastadors ni entesos del sector, sin\u00f3 al de persones normals. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s una cosa que els cellers m\u00e9s tradicionals s&#8217;entesten a criticar, per\u00f2 que ha obert el producte a un mercat internacional. I \u00e9s que ja han comen\u00e7at a rebre algunes comandes de pa\u00efsos com Alemanya, Su\u00efssa, Fran\u00e7a o el Regne Unit&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>En menys d&#8217;un any des del seu llan\u00e7ament porten venudes m\u00e9s de 70.000 ampolles i estan presents en m\u00e9s de 400 negocis. A nivell estatal, venen la seva creaci\u00f3 en el major celler del m\u00f3n, Internet, a trav\u00e9s del web <a title=\"Gik Blue\" href=\"www.gik.blue\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.gik.blue<\/a>, on es pot adquirir en estoigs d&#8217;una, dues, sis i dotze ampolles. Tamb\u00e9 compten amb una secci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica per a negocis, la Business Zone, en qu\u00e8 els comer\u00e7os m\u00e9s innovadors poden trobar preus especials per expandir aquesta revoluci\u00f3 blava.<\/p>\n<p>Creat en diferents cellers del pa\u00eds, s&#8217;elabora mitjan\u00e7ant un proc\u00e9s tecnol\u00f2gic desenvolupat pel departament de R + D de GIK en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb empreses de tecnologia agroaliment\u00e0ria. Aix\u00ed, es crea barrejant ra\u00efm negre i blanca i afegint dos pigments org\u00e0nics (un que fins i tot es troba en la pr\u00f2pia pell del ra\u00efm negre); \u00e9s un producte suau, dol\u00e7 i f\u00e0cil de beure. Per aix\u00f2, mentre totes les varietats de vi existents s&#8217;aferren a normes tradicionals sobre quant, on i amb quins menjars beure&#8217;ls, GIK manca de regles.
