El cuiner Miquel <em>Calent<\/em> ser\u00e0 l\u2019encarregat de traslladar la gastronomia de Mallorca a FITUR. Cuinar\u00e0 en directe i posar\u00e0 a disposici\u00f3 dels assistents dues tapes que integren molts ingredients representatius de la nostra terra.<\/p>\n<p>La segona, \u00e9s una galeta d\u2019oli i xeixa, crema de tap de cort\u00ed, porc negre marinat al carb\u00f3 i escuma de tem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miquel &#8216;Calent&#8217;, cuiner consolidat<\/strong><br \/>\nMiquel Vicens, de malnom <em>Calent<\/em> (Campos, 1974) \u00e9s cap de cuina del restaurant Can Calent de Campos. Ha col\u00b7laborat amb programes de televisi\u00f3, ha estat jurat a <em>Cuina i Guanya<\/em>, i amb llibres de cuina. El cuiner elaborar\u00e0 1.500 tapes entre els dies que estar\u00e0 exposat el <em>show cooking<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gastronomia com a promoci\u00f3 tur\u00edstica<\/strong><br \/>\nEl conseller Bonet ha remarcat que \u00e9s \u201cuna passa m\u00e9s per tenir m\u00e9s experi\u00e8ncia en la promoci\u00f3 tur\u00edstica, tenint en compte que les compet\u00e8ncies s\u2019han de transferir al Consell al 2017\u201d. En aquest sentit, \u201ccercam productes que permetin allargar la temporada i, a m\u00e9s, la gastronomia aporta un valor afegit per la promoci\u00f3 de Mallorca com a dest\u00ed tur\u00edstic. Volem que la nostra illa es faci notar amb una cuina arrelada a la nostra terra\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En representaci\u00f3 de la instituci\u00f3 insular\u00a0 participaran a FITUR el president, Miquel Ensenyat; el conseller d\u2019Economia i Hisenda, Cosme Bonet, i la directora insular de Turisme, Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica i Artesania, Paula Ginard. A m\u00e9s, la directora insular ha explicat que l\u2019artesania de Mallorca tamb\u00e9 estar\u00e0 present a FITUR amb la tela de lleng\u00fces. A part, ha manifestat que \u201cvolem ser l\u2019altaveu de tots els ajuntaments de Mallorca que aposten per la promoci\u00f3 tur\u00edstic\u201d i, per aix\u00f2, hi haur\u00e0 informaci\u00f3 tur\u00edstica dels municipis al mostrador de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>Al v\u00eddeo, Miquel Calent explica les receptes que seran presents a FITUR:<\/p>\n<p><iframe
