Una d&#8217;aquestes \u00e9s que Ketchup de Forqueta ser\u00e0 present als Tasts Gastron\u00f2mics.<\/p>\n<p>El primer qu\u00e8txup de Mallorca, creat a Binissalem, per en Lloren\u00e7 Pons, en Joan Abrines i n&#8217;Alejandro Arranz. La recepta combina les diferents de tom\u00e0tiga de Mallorca, cultivades a l&#8217;illa (ramellet, de pera i cor de bou) amb altres ingredients com s\u00f3n la carabassa, el vinagre, el sucre, la ceba, l&#8217;oli i les esp\u00e8cies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una idea amb premi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El mes de juny, Ketchup de Forqueta va guanyar el Premi Aliments Tradicionals de les Illes Balears en la categoria de formaci\u00f3 professional. El projecte creat per Joan Abrines, alumne de l&#8217;IES Josep Sureda i Blanes, fou escollit pel jurat per l&#8217;originalitat i per donar import\u00e0ncia a les varietats de tom\u00e0tiga de cor de bou, ramellet i pera (o frare) i com una manera diferent de convervar aquest producte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n els Tasts Gastron\u00f2mics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tasts Gastron\u00f2mics \u00e9s una iniciativa de Gastron\u00f2micament creada per dinamitzar els pagesos, productors i artesans de Mallorca relacionats amb la gastronomia. El 2015 arribar\u00e0 a la cinquena edici\u00f3 i tindr\u00e0 lloc del mes de gener al mes de juny.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el 2014, els tasts se celebren a 9 municipis de Mallorca: Palma, Inca, Binissalem, Sencelles, Puigpunyent, Esporles, S\u00f3ller, Calvi\u00e0 i Campanet; i hi particparen 21 empreses: Embotits Munar, Cervesa Galilea, Vins Jaume de Puntir\u00f3, Formatges Burguera, Productes de Consell, Sermita, Can Verdura Viticultors, Gelats Valls, Caf\u00e8 Bay, Oli de Jornets, Celler Son Bordils, Caf\u00e8s Rico, Pep Lemon, Oli Sa Roqueta, Can Vidalet, Cervesa Mayurqa, Oli Son Barbassa,
