\"\"A Mallorca Cuisine comencen la temporada inaugurant el nou curs Mallorca Fusion, una m\u00e0ster xef class dissenyada per a tots els nivells on es permetr\u00e0 accedir a les t\u00e8cniques i secrets de l\u2019alta cuina mediterr\u00e0nia fusionada amb els millors i \u00fanics productes que Mallorca ofereix.<\/p>\n

El 10 d\u2019octubre hi haur\u00e0 una \u00fanica classe impartida pel reconegut M\u00e0ster Xef Antonio Tato<\/em> Guerra Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>. Tato \u00e9s un dels m\u00e9s experimentats xefs a Espanya i ha estat fent feina com cap de partida, cap de pastisseria, col\u00b7laborador, etc. en els millors restaurants Michelin de l\u2019Estat. Destacar entre ells el restaurant El Bulli (5 anys premiat com a millor restaurant del m\u00f3n per la revista \u201cRestaurant\u201d) i el Celler de Can Roca (2 anys premiat com el millor restaurant del m\u00f3n per la revista Restaurant<\/em>). Cal mencionar tamb\u00e9 acompliment en el Rac\u00f3 de Can Fabes que fou el segon restaurant d\u2019Espanya en aconseguir tres estrelles Michelin, i tamb\u00e9 el restaurant La Broche on Tato va extendre els seus coneixements com a cap de pastisseria.<\/p>\n

Des de 2012, Alex (xef) i Manuela (cuinera apassionada) imparteixen tallers de cuina a Mallorca Cuisine on la cultura i la tradici\u00f3 es mesclen en un entorn incomparable en el poble de Galilea, a la Serra de Tramuntana.<\/p>\n
