Es tracta d&#8217;un cl\u00e0ssic de cuina catalana m\u00e9s venut de tots els temps<strong><\/strong>, una obra cabdal en la literatura gastron\u00f2mica catalana, aparegu\u00e9 l&#8217;any 1924.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El seu autor, Ignasi Dom\u00e8nech, en la primera p\u00e0gina deixava ben clar l\u2019objectiu del llibre: \u201cCont\u00e9 la manera d\u2019organitzar tota classe d\u2019\u00e0pats senzills o d\u2019etiqueta, de calcular berenars, sopars, escudelles, cuinats, rostits, salses, llegums, aviram, plats freds, canelons, arrossos, ous fregits, carns, peixos, dol\u00e7os, merengues, refrescos, c\u00f2ctels, gelats, melmelades, amanides, escalivades, i diverses maneres de fer els p\u00fadings i pastes, i molts consells de pr\u00e0ctica i utilitat per comportar-se elegantment a taula, etc.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;obra ha estat publicada per l&#8217;editorial <a title=\"Cosset\u00e0nia Edicions\" href=\"http:\/\/cossetania.cat\/\">Cosset\u00e0nia Edicions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Na Marta Palou ha estat la guanyadora del sorteig que hem fet del llibre &#8216;La Teca&#8217;.
