{"id":76094,"date":"2022-05-24T09:42:08","date_gmt":"2022-05-24T07:42:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/torna-amb-exit-creu-de-cellers"},"modified":"2022-05-24T09:42:08","modified_gmt":"2022-05-24T07:42:08","slug":"torna-amb-exit-creu-de-cellers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/torna-amb-exit-creu-de-cellers","title":{"rendered":"Torna amb \u00e8xit Creu de Cellers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La cuina i el vi foren les estrelles de\u00a0<strong>Creu de Cellers<\/strong>, la cita gastroenol\u00f2gica de l&#8217;<strong>hotel Sa Creu Nova\u00a0<\/strong>de\u00a0<strong>Campos<\/strong>, juntament amb Catavinos.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acte va tenir lloc el 20 de maig i devers les 19 h del capvespre varen comen\u00e7ar a arribar els primers assistents, que degustaren un c\u00f2ctel de benvinguda a base de cava amb licor de bergamota i unes ostres de Bretanya.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s,\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e8s<\/strong>, cap de bar de Sa Creu Nova i l&#8217;actual guanyador del Campionat de Cocteleria de Balears, va delectar els presents amb una incre\u00efble classe magistra en la qual, una vegada m\u00e9s, va demostrar el seu mestratge i la seva professionalitat despr\u00e9s de la barra.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;hi pogueren destacar els vins m\u00e9s destacats dels cellers mallorquins seg\u00fcents, Mandia Vell, Mortitx, Conde Fabrice, Can Majoral, Castell Miquel, Finca Biniagual i Son Mayol, que varen fer les del\u00edcies dels assistents.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva banda, l&#8217;aposta gastron\u00f2mica de\u00a0<strong>Tess de Mar<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Kairiku<\/strong>, amb el xef\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Tar\u00edn<\/strong>\u00a0i el mestre\u00a0<strong>Ryuichiro Katano<\/strong>\u00a0al comandament, va enamorar per la creativitat, el producte de primera qualitat i l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia habitual.
