El llibre d\u2019Abel Marin\u00e9 i Imma Amadeo es vol convertir en\u00a0<strong>un marc de refer\u00e8ncia per a qualsevol que estigui interessat en l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;<strong>editorial Comanegra<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s encarregada de publicar aquesta de\u00a0<strong>m\u00e9s de set-centes p\u00e0gines estructurades en dos blocs<\/strong>: un primer bloc amb els\u00a0<strong>aspectes\u00a0<\/strong>m\u00e9s generals\u00a0<strong>del bon menjar<\/strong>, amb les bases de la\u00a0<strong>composici\u00f3 d\u2019aliments<\/strong>\u00a0i els\u00a0<strong>fonaments de la nutrici\u00f3<\/strong>, i un segon bloc, el m\u00e9s extens, que desplega tots els grups d\u2019aliments segons\u00a0<strong>descripci\u00f3, composici\u00f3, valor nutritiu, formes de presentaci\u00f3 i consells de consum i conservaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Al final de cada grup d\u2019aliments s\u2019hi mostren\u00a0<strong>preguntes i respostes reals<\/strong>\u00a0fetes a Marin\u00e9 al llarg de tants anys d\u2019<strong>investigaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica<\/strong>\u00a0i col\u00b7laboracions en mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i ser una obra enciclop\u00e8dica cal dir que el llibre permet fer una lectura \u00e0gil, especialment en un moment de m\u00e0xima urg\u00e8ncia pel que fa a la consci\u00e8ncia aliment\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els autors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els autors remarquen que amb l&#8217;obra volen\u00a0<strong>&#8220;contribuir a fer que els lectors tinguin informaci\u00f3 correcta a l\u2019hora de triar&#8221;<\/strong>, lliurement per\u00f2 amb coneixement de causa, el que mengen i com ho mengen. La idea de fer aquest llibre ve de lluny. Va prenent forma quan els autors, als anys noranta, col\u00b7laboraven als programes radiof\u00f2nics de Josep Cun\u00ed, a COM R\u00e0dio i Ona Catalana, com a guionista (Imma Amadeo) i divulgador (Abel Marin\u00e9) sobre alimentaci\u00f3 i nutrici\u00f3. La bona entesa, el treball en com\u00fa i la participaci\u00f3 durant tots aquests anys en programes de r\u00e0dio, televisi\u00f3 \u2014sobretot a TV3\u2014 i premsa escrita \u2014especialment a\u00a0<em>El Punt Avui<\/em>\u2014 han perm\u00e8s acumular material que ara es presenta ordenat en forma de llibre&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abel Marin\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s el principal mestre de la nutrici\u00f3 catalana de les \u00faltimes d\u00e8cades.\u00a0<strong>Un savi com n\u2019hi ha pocs i un divulgador de primera l\u00ednia<\/strong>. Quan les dietes saludables o la sostenibilitat ecol\u00f2gica tenien ben poc protagonisme medi\u00e0tic, Marin\u00e9 ja bregava en mitjans com TV3 o COM R\u00e0dio per fer agafar consci\u00e8ncia sobre q\u00fcestions b\u00e0siques de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3. Catedr\u00e0tic de Nutrici\u00f3 i Bromatologia i Professor em\u00e8rit de la Facultat de Farm\u00e0cia de la Universitat de Barcelona. Ha exercit la doc\u00e8ncia a les Universitats de Barcelona (1969-73 i des del 1982) i de Salamanca (1973-1982). Fou tamb\u00e9 director general d\u2019universitats del Departament d\u2019Ensenyament de la Generalitat de Catalunya (1986-90), vicepresident de la Comissi\u00f3 Interdepartamental de Recerca i Innovaci\u00f3 Tecnol\u00f2gica de la Generalitat de Catalunya (1991-93) i president de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Catalana de Ci\u00e8ncies de l\u2019Alimentaci\u00f3 (1984-89 i des del 2012). Reb\u00e9 la Medalla Narc\u00eds Monturiol al m\u00e8rit cient\u00edfic i tecnol\u00f2gic de la Generalitat de Catalunya (2001) i \u00e9s membre d\u2019honor de l\u2019Academia Espa\u00f1ola de Nutrici\u00f3n y Ciencias de la Alimentaci\u00f3n i membre de l\u2019Institut d\u2019Estudis Catalans (2003). Ha estat tamb\u00e9 membre del Quadre d\u2019Experts en Seguretat dels Aliments de l\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (1984-88) El 2012 fou guardonat amb el Premi Ramon Turr\u00f3 del Centre Catal\u00e0 de la Nutrici\u00f3, i el 2016 compart\u00ed amb Claudi Mans la distinci\u00f3 de la Universitat de Barcelona a les millors activiats de divulgaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest llibre s\u2019ha confabulat amb la periodista\u00a0<strong>Imma Amadeo<\/strong>, col\u00b7laboradora habitual a tants mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3, per estructurar el gran llegat dels seus coneixements. Llicenciada en\u00a0 Filologia\u00a0 Catalana\u00a0 per la UB\u00a0 (1992) i en\u00a0 Periodisme\u00a0 per la\u00a0UPF\u00a0(1994).
