En aquesta edici\u00f3 de 2022, el cuiner xil\u00e8 s&#8217;ha proclamat campi\u00f3 amb un plat que ha anomenat\u00a0<strong>Umami de gamba<\/strong>, que consisteix en una gamba vermella confitada en oli i taronja de S\u00f3ller, un ravioli de consom\u00e9 de gamba, un aire de gamba i coco i un cruixent de pa amb sobrassada.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>Concurs Internacional de Cuina amb Gamba de S\u00f3ller<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s promogut per la regidoria de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica i Turisme de l&#8217;Ajuntament de S\u00f3ller i es va celebrar el dilluns 19 de setembre en el restaurant Suculenta del Port de S\u00f3ller.<\/p>\n<p>El segon premi ha estat per al sevill\u00e0\u00a0<strong>Juan Antonio Guerra<\/strong>, del restaurant Es Fum (Costa d\u2019en Blanes, Mallorca), que ha competit amb una gamba vermella curada en sal de fonoll,\u00a0<em>salmorejo\u00a0<\/em>dels seus caps i escuma de poma coenta.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta segona edici\u00f3 s&#8217;hi han validat 39 inscripcions procedents de 13 comunitats aut\u00f2nomes. El comit\u00e8 avaluador, format per Lourdes Plana, presidenta de la Reial Acad\u00e8mia de Gastronomia i d&#8217;aquest jurat, i pels cuiners Susi D\u00edaz, \u00c1lvaro Salazar, Ra\u00fal Resino i Cati Pieras, ha valorat els aspectes seg\u00fcents\u00a0de cada recepta: gust (0\/10 punts), elaboraci\u00f3 general (0\/10), tractament de la gamba (0\/10), originalitat (0\/5) i presentaci\u00f3 (0\/5).<\/p>\n<p>La dotaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica dels premis \u00e9s de 1.500 euros per al guanyador i 500 euros per al segon classificat.
