Que aquests dies haguem estat m\u00e9s flexibles \u00e9s normal i evidentment no passa res. S\u00f3n dates per ajuntar-se amb la fam\u00edlia, per donar-se un caprici, per celebrar i, sobretot, de gaudir les festes com cal.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 arriba el gener i \u00e9s un bon moment per fer una reflexi\u00f3 d&#8217;h\u00e0bits i marcar objectius realistes a curt i llarg termini. Insistesc: les fites proposades han de ser realistes perqu\u00e8 moltes de vegades, a l&#8217;hora de marcar objectius, ens fixam m\u00e9s en all\u00f2 que ens agradaria que en all\u00f2 que \u00e9s viable. Al cap i a la fi, un canvi d&#8217;h\u00e0bits no \u00e9s un pegat temporal sin\u00f3 una cosa que cal valorar a mitj\u00e0 i llarg termini. L&#8217;important \u00e9s que aquests h\u00e0bits siguin inclosos en el nostre dia a dia sense que suposin un esfor\u00e7, sin\u00f3 part de la nostra vida quotidiana.<\/p>\n<p>Ser conscients del punt de partida i recon\u00e8ixer que l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 d&#8217;h\u00e0bits no \u00e9s un esprint, sin\u00f3 m\u00e9s aviat una carrera de fons, ens permet establir petits reptes assequibles en pro d&#8217;un objectiu final m\u00e9s gran, sense que aix\u00f2 ens porti a la frustraci\u00f3 per no avan\u00e7ar al ritme que ens agradaria. Aquests h\u00e0bits no han de ser la resposta a unes exig\u00e8ncies est\u00e8tiques o a un sentiment de culpa que s&#8217;hagi de compensar amb dietes restrictives ni compensat\u00f2ries, sin\u00f3 que han de tenir com a finalitat l&#8217;autocura i el mim cap a nosaltres mateixos. Al final som la nostra millor companyia.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, <strong>\u00e9s important fugir de les dietes<\/strong>, que moltes vegades juguen contra les nostres emocions. Quan s\u00f3n molt restrictives ens provoquen un sentiment de c\u00e0stig i sobretot de culpa si no complim, i aix\u00f2 no ens afavoreix gens. Les dietes s\u00f3n dif\u00edcils de fer i l&#8217;\u00fanica cosa que aconsegueixen \u00e9s que desenvolupem una mala relaci\u00f3 amb el menjar; que visquem moments d&#8217;angoixa en detriment del nostre benestar emocional i social.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 dins de les dietes, cal posar una alerta vermella especialment a les dietes detox. No s\u00f3n saludables les restriccions, les dietes compensat\u00f2ries o saltar-nos algun \u00e0pat perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 propicia que entrem en un cercle infinit de malestar, culpa i descontrol.<strong>\u00a0Saltar-nos algun \u00e0pat comporta que en el seg\u00fcent tinguem m\u00e9s gana i, per tant, que ingerim m\u00e9s quantitat de menjar<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 es pot convertir en una espiral del qual ser\u00e0 dif\u00edcil sortir.<\/p>\n<p>Tampoc\u00a0<strong>no s\u00f3n aconsellables<\/strong>\u00a0alguns m\u00e8todes puntuals que es posen de moda, com el cas del\u00a0<strong>medicament antidiab\u00e8tic Ozempic<\/strong>, que estan utilitzant persones de tot el m\u00f3n sense cap control tot i que\u00a0<strong>pot provocar efectes secundaris severs com coma diab\u00e8tic o afectacions renals<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, aquests medicaments no s\u00f3n efica\u00e7os a llarg termini si no van acompanyats d&#8217;un canvi d&#8217;h\u00e0bits.<\/p>\n<p>Algunes <strong>pautes per tenir cura de la nostra salut despr\u00e9s dels dies d&#8217;excessos<\/strong>\u00a0s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Incloure fruita i verdura<\/strong>als nostres \u00e0pats principals perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n font de vitamines, minerals i fibra. Les racions ideals s\u00f3n dues de verdura i tres de fruita al dia.<\/li>\n<li>No oblidar\u00a0<strong>incorporar\u00a0<\/strong>als nostres \u00e0pats principals<strong>fonts proteiques d&#8217;origen animal<\/strong>\u00a0(peix, ous, carn),\u00a0<strong>o b\u00e9, d&#8217;origen vegetal<\/strong>\u00a0(llegums, llavors\u2026). Una bona aportaci\u00f3 proteica ens ajuda a mantenir i\/o augmentar la massa muscular i ens proporciona m\u00e9s sensaci\u00f3 de sacietat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beure aigua<\/strong>fins i tot encara que no tinguem sensaci\u00f3 de set durant el dia. Moltes vegades simplement el tr\u00e0fec fa que no ens recordem, per\u00f2 \u00e9s important mantenir-nos hidratats.<\/li>\n<li>Fer\u00a0<strong>exercici f\u00edsic amb moderaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Siguem realistes, no podem passar de vida sedent\u00e0ria a anar al gimn\u00e0s sis dies a la setmana. Hem d&#8217;adaptar els nostres objectius a les nostres possibilitats i fixar metes assumibles.\u00a0<strong>\u00c9s m\u00e9s positiu anar marcant petits reptes<\/strong>, assolir-los i generar un proc\u00e9s m\u00e9s lent, per\u00f2 m\u00e9s segur i satisfactori.
