De fet, des del Govern de les Illes Balears s&#8217;ha apostat perqu\u00e8 els centres de formaci\u00f3 professional i l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears tamb\u00e9 hi hagin estat presents i, aix\u00ed, visibilizar la gran tasca de la formaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>De fet, una alumna de l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears,\u00a0<strong>Ahlam Bahri<\/strong>, ha estat estat la guanyadora del concurs del\u00a0<strong>Millor T\u00e0rtar Horeca 2023<\/strong>, que enguany celebra la sisena edici\u00f3. La seva elaboraci\u00f3 ha consistit en un t\u00e0rtar de tonyina de salsa soja dol\u00e7a, caviar de cusc\u00fas i maonesa de colflori i vainilla.<\/p>\n<p>La preparaci\u00f3 de Bahri ha sorpr\u00e8s el jurat. De fet, cal remarcar que no \u00e9s la primera vegada que ho fa perqu\u00e8 el passat mes de novembre <a href=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/ahlam-bahri-i-joan-crespi-guanyen-el-concurs-de-les-cooperatives-agroalimentaries\">va guanyar el Concurs de les Cooperatives Agroaliment\u00e0ries de les Illes Balears amb un plat amb me de Mallorca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El segon concurs ha estat el de\u00a0<strong>Millor Pizza Gurmet<\/strong>, que s&#8217;ha enduit a casa el\u00a0<strong>restaurant L&#8217;Italiano de Palma<\/strong>, situat al carrer de Juan Gris, 8. El matrimoni format per Valentina i \u00c0ngela varen obrir aquest negoci familiar fa 6 anys i de llavors en\u00e7\u00e0 no han aturat de guanyar adeptes a les seves pizzes d&#8217;estil napolit\u00e0. La seva pizza, que han batiat com a &#8216;Viatge a Mallorca&#8217; duia tomatigons confitats, sobrassada deshidratada, botifarra fumada, entre altres ingredients, que copaven\u00a0una pasta que ha fermentat durant 48 hores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reconeixements a tres figures<br \/>\n<\/strong>Dimarts ha estat el moment dels homenatges: S&#8217;ha reconegut la traject\u00f2ria de <strong>Guillem Reus<\/strong>, cuiner del restaurant del Parlament durant moltes de d\u00e8cades. Els arrossos que hi elaboraven tenien fama de ser exquisits arreu de Mallorca i m\u00e9s enll\u00e0. Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha premiat <strong>Maria Gibert<\/strong>, coneguda com la Padrina Youtuber, per donar a con\u00e8ixer les receptes m\u00e9s tradicionals de Mallorca m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;illa.
