Tots serviren per demostrar el talent dels cuiners i de les cuineres que fan feina a Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>Un d&#8217;aquests \u00e9s\u00a0<strong>Ricardo Rossi<\/strong>, xef de l&#8217;<strong>hotel Valldemossa<\/strong>, que va guanyar el primer campionat de millor elaboraci\u00f3 amb peix descartable, una cita organitzada i patrocinada per la Direcci\u00f3 General de Pol\u00edtiques per a la Sobirania Aliment\u00e0ria del Govern de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rossi\u00a0<\/strong>va conquerir el jurat, entre el qual hi havia \u00c1lvaro Salazar (dues estrelles Michelin amb Voro), amb una recepta d&#8217;un\u00a0<strong>besuc acompanyat d&#8217;una crema de s\u00e8pia i sobrassada<\/strong>. El campionat es va celebrar el 7 de febrer i va reunir\u00a0sis xefs per intentar trobar la millor elaboraci\u00f3 al peix descartable, que sovint es rebutja perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s dif\u00edcil de cuinar o perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 un valor comercial baix. Els participants varen ser el guanyador, Ricardo Rossi, Germ\u00e1n Mu\u00f1oz, Cristian Rivera, Aitor Villagran, Alexander Qui\u00f1ones i Bernat Rein\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Entre\u00a0<strong>els peixos triats per elaborar el plat varen ser la morena, el besuc i el congre<\/strong>. El concurs \u2018Millor elaboraci\u00f3 de peix descartable\u2019 tendr\u00e0 una segona fase en la qual hi participaran les tres persones guanyadores dels concursos que es faran a Menorca, Eivissa i Formentera i la que s&#8217;acaba de celebrar, Mallorca.\u00a0 les tres illes amb una final el mes d&#8217;abril a Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>La consellera d&#8217;Agricultura, Mae de la Concha, ha ressaltat l&#8217;obstinaci\u00f3 des de la seva conselleria que el producte local estigui en tots els restaurants, hotels i serveis p\u00fablics perqu\u00e8 hi hagi un menjar de qualitat i de proximitat, per la qual cosa aquest tipus d&#8217;iniciatives s\u00f3n id\u00f2nies.
