Aix\u00ed de clar s&#8217;ha mostrat<strong>\u00a0Toni Mir<\/strong>, responsable de Cap Vermell Group, davant de la imminent\u00a0<strong>reobertura\u00a0<\/strong>d&#8217;aquest establiment, que es far\u00e0 efectiva aquest<strong>\u00a0divendres 17 de mar\u00e7<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta reobertura, ha dit, \u201cl&#8217;encaram amb molta il\u00b7lusi\u00f3. Estic segur que ser\u00e0 una temporada molt intensa, ja que continuarem esfor\u00e7ant-nos al m\u00e0xim per dur a Mallorca productes i marques gastron\u00f2miques amb fama internacional i d&#8217;alt\u00edssim nivell\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;aquesta manera, ha explicat Mir, \u201coferim, tant a residents com a visitants, unes experi\u00e8ncies gastron\u00f2miques \u00faniques que, d&#8217;una altra manera, per poder viure-les caldria despla\u00e7ar-se milers de quil\u00f2metres\u201d. En definitiva, ha concl\u00f2s, \u201cproporcionem una viv\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica sense igual que no t\u00e9 comparaci\u00f3 enlloc\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest divendres 17 de mar\u00e7 Cap Vermell Grand Hotel obrir\u00e0 les portes i les dels restaurants d&#8217;alt\u00edssim nivell que hi ha a l&#8217;interior. Entre tots ells destaca <strong>Voro<\/strong>, la joia de la corona, amb\u00a0<strong>dues estrelles Michelin i dos sols de la Guia Repsol<\/strong>. Al capdavant, hi ha el prestigi\u00f3s xef\u00a0<strong>\u00c1lvaro Salazar\u00a0<\/strong>que enguany tornar\u00e0 a sorprendre amb dos men\u00fas degustaci\u00f3 aptes per als m\u00e9s sibarites.<\/p>\n<p>Els <strong>men\u00fas Voro i Devoro<\/strong>\u00a0s\u00f3n una aut\u00e8ntica mostra de la cuina lliure, personal i compromesa del xef i el seu equip. Es tracta d&#8217;una experi\u00e8ncia culin\u00e0ria que convida els comensals a<strong>\u00a0gaudir amb tranquil\u00b7litat i curiositat d&#8217;una gran varietat de plats deliciosos, inspirats en la cuina mediterr\u00e0nia<\/strong>\u00a0i la terra que l&#8217;acull des de fa molts anys, Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>Cada creaci\u00f3, ha reconegut el xef m\u00e9s d&#8217;una vegada, \u201c\u00e9s \u00fanica i reflexiva i ha estat concebuda per ser apreciada a trav\u00e9s dels cinc sentits\u201d.
