De fet, els especialistes de la salut recomanen consumir al dia peces 3 fruites repartides durant el jorn. Els nutricionistes, a m\u00e9s, aconsellen menjar la fruita sencera i no pas en suc.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes s\u00f3n algunes de les raons:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9s contingut de fibra<\/strong>: La fruita fresca cont\u00e9 fibra diet\u00e8tica, que \u00e9s essencial per a una digesti\u00f3 saludable i pot ajudar a controlar el pes en brindar una sensaci\u00f3 de sacietat. El proc\u00e9s de fer suc generalment elimina la major part de la fibra, deixant principalment sucres i aigua.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Menys contingut de sucre<\/strong>: Quan es consumeix el suc de fruita, s&#8217;obt\u00e9 una concentraci\u00f3 molt major de sucre en comparaci\u00f3 amb menjar la fruita sencera. La fruita sencera cont\u00e9 sucres naturals, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 cont\u00e9 fibra, la qual cosa alenteix la seva absorci\u00f3 en el cos. El suc, en mancar de fibra, pot augmentar r\u00e0pidament els nivells de sucre en la sang i contribuir a l&#8217;augment de pes i altres problemes de salut associats amb el consum excessiu de sucre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9s sacietat<\/strong>: Menjar una fruita sencera requereix mastegar i consumir m\u00e9s temps que beure un got de suc. La masticaci\u00f3 i el proc\u00e9s de menjar activen els senyals de sacietat en el cervell, la qual cosa ens fa sentir satisfets i menys propensos a menjar en exc\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Menys quantitat<\/strong>: un suc cont\u00e9 de dos a tres peces m\u00ednim de fruita, per la qual cosa encara que si b\u00e9 est\u00e0s triplicant l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 de vitamines, tamb\u00e9 estar\u00e0s augmentant les calories ingerides.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nutrients addicionals<\/strong>: La fruita fresca \u00e9s una font de diversos nutrients, com poden ser les vitamines, els minerals i els fitoqu\u00edmics beneficiosos. Quan es menja la fruita sencera, s&#8217;aprofiten al m\u00e0xim aquests nutrients.
