{"id":85813,"date":"2023-11-08T11:25:22","date_gmt":"2023-11-08T10:25:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/manacor-dedica-el-mes-de-novembre-a-lenologia"},"modified":"2023-11-08T11:25:22","modified_gmt":"2023-11-08T10:25:22","slug":"manacor-dedica-el-mes-de-novembre-a-lenologia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/manacor-dedica-el-mes-de-novembre-a-lenologia","title":{"rendered":"Manacor dedica el mes de novembre a l&#8217;enologia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Manacor torna a organitzar el cicle\u00a0<strong>Novembre Enol\u00f2gic<\/strong>, una manera d\u2019acostar a la poblaci\u00f3 els m\u00f3n del vi i educar els sentits envers el m\u00f3n de l\u2019enologia, amb l\u2019objectiu de con\u00e8ixer i apreciar el m\u00f3n del vi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miquel Oliver<\/strong>, batle de Manacor, acompanyat del president de la DO Pla i Llevant,\u00a0<strong>Antoni Benn\u00e0ssar<\/strong>; de la delegada d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3,\u00a0<strong>Carme Gomila<\/strong>; i de la directora de l\u2019IES Manacor,\u00a0<strong>Marisa Reyes<\/strong>, han presentat aquest dimecres la quarta edici\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta proposta educativa en qu\u00e8 experts del m\u00f3n del vi impartiran\u00a0<strong>confer\u00e8ncies i tallers<\/strong>\u00a0per a aquelles persones que vulguin iniciar-se i formar-se al voltant d\u2019aquest univers.<\/p>\n<p>Novembre enol\u00f2gic enguany es compon de<strong>\u00a0tres sessions: inici al tast, vinificacions de vins blanc i de vins negres<\/strong>. Totes les sessions es faran a l\u2019<strong>IES Manacor\u00a0<\/strong>els\u00a0<strong>dies 16, 22 i 23 de novembre a les 19 fins a les 20.30 hores<\/strong>. Cada tast tendr\u00e0 un preu de 15 euros i \u00e9s prec\u00eds apuntar-se pr\u00e8viament al correu electr\u00f2nic:\u00a0<em>promocio\u00a0<\/em>[arrova]\u00a0<em>doplaillevant\u00a0<\/em>[punt]\u00a0<em>com<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La primera sessi\u00f3 consistir\u00e0 en un inici al tast de vi, adre\u00e7at a aquelles persones que es volen acostar la m\u00f3n del vi i comen\u00e7ar a con\u00e8ixer les caracter\u00edstiques d\u2019aquest producte que forma part de la nostra cultura des de fa segles. La sessi\u00f3 ser\u00e0 dirigida pel prestigi\u00f3s en\u00f2leg <strong>Lu\u00eds Armero<\/strong>, propietari del\u00a0<strong>celler Armero i\u00a0Adrover<\/strong>\u00a0de\u00a0<strong>Felanitx<\/strong>, pertanyent a la DO Pla i Llevant. S\u2019hi tastaran vins blancs, rosats i negres i es parlar\u00e0 del proc\u00e9s d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de cada un d\u2019ells, aix\u00ed com els aspectes de color, aromes i gust. Segons ha explicat el president de la DO Pla i Llevant, Antoni Benn\u00e0ssar, &#8220;es facilitar\u00e0 un acostament sense dramatismes innecessaris al vi&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Les sessions segona i tercera se centraran en el tast i la vinificaci\u00f3 dels vins blancs i negres. La sessi\u00f3 dedicada als vins blancs es basar\u00e0 en el gir\u00f3 ros. D\u2019aquesta varietat es tastar\u00e0 un vi d\u2019anyada, un vi criat en bota, un vi que ha tengut diverses maneres de vinificaci\u00f3 i un vi fet segons el procediment ancestral. <strong>El tast d\u2019aquesta darrera ser\u00e0 una oportunitat \u00fanica perqu\u00e8 est\u00e0 elaborat per un grup d\u2019aficionats que fan vins de portassa<\/strong>. Acabar\u00e0 la sessi\u00f3 amb el tast de dos vins rosats.<\/p>\n<p>A la sessi\u00f3 dedicada als vins negres es tastaran vins d\u2019anyada i de crian\u00e7a, mono-varietals i cupatges. Acabar\u00e0 la sessi\u00f3 amb un brindis amb un escum\u00f3s. <strong>Les sessions seran dirigides per Andreu Oliver Tril<\/strong>,\u00a0<em>Majoral<\/em>,\u00a0<strong>en\u00f2leg de Can majoral d\u2019Algaida<\/strong>, celler de la DO Pla i Llevant.<\/p>\n<p>La delegada d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, <strong>Carme Gomila<\/strong>, ha apuntat que &#8220;aquesta proposta va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 reglada, s\u2019adre\u00e7a a la poblaci\u00f3 adulta i permet con\u00e8ixer un sector amb molta pres\u00e8ncia i arrelament a Mallorca i a la comarca, com \u00e9s el vi&#8221;.
