El forner i pastisser\u00a0<strong>Rafel Solivellas<\/strong>\u00a0explica que \u00e9s\u00a0una tradici\u00f3 antiga que es remunta quan la gent no tenia tants de doblers i volia fer un detalls als infants.<\/p>\n<p>Solivelles explica que va aprendre a fer les\u00a0<strong>sopes de Reis<\/strong>\u00a0quan feia feina al forn Can Delante (Inca). Tamb\u00e9 comenta que es fa amb pa o coca dol\u00e7a, massap\u00e0 i sucre. &#8220;Hi va haver un temps a Mallorca, que els Reis d&#8217;Orient venien carregats de greixoneres de sopes dolces, que repartien la nit del 5 de gener entre els nins i nines de la nostra illa. Al nostre forn, ja fa uns anys que varem recuperar aquesta antiga i dol\u00e7a tradici\u00f3, cuinant pels Reis aquestes sopes tan mallorquines, on el massap\u00e0 i la coca dol\u00e7a s\u00f3n els protagonistes&#8221;. Solivellas, que regenta el\u00a0<strong>Forn Can Rafel de B\u00fager<\/strong>, explica que les serveix dins\u00a0 greixoneres que la mestra artesana Francisca Truyol d&#8217;Inca. Cada anys s\u00f3n moltes les persones que comanen per aquestes dates una de les centenars de greixoneres que elaboren per aquestes dates i que tanta acceptaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 entre els m\u00e9s petits de la casa.<\/p>\n<p>Un altre forner que va mantenir viva aquesta tradici\u00f3 a Palma va ser\u00a0<strong>Miquel Segura Mir\u00f3<\/strong>, que va fundar el forn Can Miquel, Antic Forn de Porreres, que es troba al carrer de general Riera. Fa uns anys que va morir, per\u00f2 sens dubte, si no hagu\u00e9s estat per ell, molts no haurien pogut con\u00e8ixer aquesta tradici\u00f3 que va aprendre del seu poble natal, Porreres.
