La cita ha tengut lloc el dissabte 15 de juny i entre els premiats n&#8217;hi ha un de Mallorca:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/oliric.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ol\u00edric<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta de la marca de l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra de\u00a0<strong>Miquel Coll<\/strong>, que t\u00e9 un oliverar a ses Rotes de Santa Eug\u00e8nia, on hi t\u00e9 sembrades 1.500 oliveres de les varietats arbequina i\u00a0 koroneiki, que cultiva seguint els preceptes de l&#8217;<strong>agricultura ecol\u00f2gica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El lliurament de premis ha tengut lloc a la ciutat italiana de Palmi, a Cal\u00e0bria, i Ol\u00edric hi ha guanyat\u00a0<strong>dues medalles d&#8217;or<\/strong>, una per a l&#8217;oli d&#8217;arbequina i una altra per a l&#8217;oli fet amb koroneiki.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Producte ecol\u00f2gic de Mallorca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cal destacar que els olis nominats a les categories principals tenien puntuacions majors 95 punts, \u00e9s a dir, que s\u00f3n d&#8217;alta qualitat. Aquest fet, per a Ol\u00edric \u00e9s una fita molt important perqu\u00e8 competeixen directament amb els olis m\u00e9s prestigiosos i importants d&#8217;arreu del m\u00f3n, tot i la seva joventut dins el sector, ja que Ol\u00edric va n\u00e9ixer el 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Miquel Coll, que actualment tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s president de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Producci\u00f3 Agr\u00e0ria Ecol\u00f2gica de Mallorca (APAEMA) comenta que aquestes distincions suposen &#8220;una gran alegria per noltros i ens anima a seguir amb aquesta l\u00ednia de feina, apostant per l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019olis ecol\u00f2gics de m\u00e0xima qualitat. Tamb\u00e9 pensam que aquests reconeixements s\u00f3n una empenta pel producte ecol\u00f2gic local i posa de relleu que<strong>\u00a0a Mallorca tamb\u00e9 feim producte ecol\u00f2gic de molta qualitat<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9s distincions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;<strong>oli monovarietal d\u2019arbequina<\/strong>\u00a0d&#8217;Ol\u00edric estava nominat a les categories Best Of Country Spain (<strong>millor oli d\u2019Espanya\u00a0<\/strong>dels presentats al concurs), una categoria en qu\u00e8 hi havia nominats amb 4 olis de l&#8217;Estat espanyol m\u00e9s i de la qual finalment n&#8217;ha resultat guanyadora.<\/p>\n<p>El Concurs\u00a0Internacional EVO-IOOC\u00a0es va fundar l&#8217;any 2016 a partir de la idea d&#8217;Antonio G. Lauro.
