Aquest plat emblem\u00e0tic de la gastronomia valenciana, catalana i balear, t\u00e9 moltes variants i secrets per preparar-lo, per\u00f2 una de les q\u00fcestions m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents \u00e9s: quantes persones poden menjar d&#8217;una paella segons el di\u00e0metre.<\/p>\n<p>El di\u00e0metre de la paella \u00e9s un factor clau per determinar quantes persones en poden menjar. Les orientacions s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paella de 30 cm: 2-3 persones<\/li>\n<li>Paella de 34 cm: 3-4 persones<\/li>\n<li>Paella de 38 cm: 4-5 persones<\/li>\n<li>Paella de 42 cm: 5-6 persones<\/li>\n<li>Paella de 46 cm: 6-7 persones<\/li>\n<li>Paella de 50 cm: 7-8 persones<\/li>\n<li>Paella de 55 cm: 9-10 persones<\/li>\n<li>Paella de 60 cm: 11-12 persones<\/li>\n<li>Paella de 65 cm: 12-14 persones<\/li>\n<li>Paella de 70 cm: 14-16 persones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, cal tenir en compte les consideracions seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gruixa de l&#8217;arr\u00f2s<\/strong>: La paella ideal t\u00e9 una capa fina d&#8217;arr\u00f2s, normalment d&#8217;un m\u00e0xim de 2 cm de gruix. Aix\u00f2 garanteix una cocci\u00f3 uniforme i la creaci\u00f3 del desitjat socarrat (la capa lleugerament torrada de l&#8217;arr\u00f2s al fons de la paella).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tipus d&#8217;arr\u00f2s<\/strong>: \u00c9s millor utilitzar arr\u00f2s de gra rod\u00f3, com el bomba o el s\u00e8nia, que absorbeixen millor el brou i mantenen una textura adequada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proporci\u00f3 d&#8217;aigua<\/strong>: Normalment, la proporci\u00f3 d&#8217;aigua o brou per a una paella \u00e9s d&#8217;aproximadament el doble que la quantitat d&#8217;arr\u00f2s.
