Es tracta de la cuinera Ant\u00f2nia Massanet i del cuiner Igor Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Igor Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>\u00a0destaca per una dilatada i premiada traject\u00f2ria en el m\u00f3n de la tapa i, avui dia, \u00e9s el responsable de la cuina del restaurant El Bandarra de Palma. Al concurs, hi participar\u00e0 amb la tapa Roscamar. Es tracta d&#8217;una rosca t\u00edpica del poble de Hu\u00e9laga (Extremadura), d&#8217;on prov\u00e9 el pare d&#8217;Igor, que en aquest cas ha versionat i que ha farcit d&#8217;un cuinat de calamar a la bruta.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva banda,\u00a0<strong>Ant\u00f2nia Massanet<\/strong>, cuinera del restaurant Barefoot Hotel de Portocolom,\u00a0preparar\u00e0\u00a0una tapa que ha batiat com a Mel d&#8217;abella.
