El certamen, impulsat per la Conselleria d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural, s\u2019ha celebrat el dimecres 5 de febrer, al Vel\u00f2drom Illes Balears en la fira Horeca, es du a terme amb el suport de \u00a0l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Cuiners Establerts a les Illes Balears (ASCAIB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erazo ha elaborat un Wellington de tord (peix). Ara, el xef participar\u00e0 en la final amb els guanyadors del concurs de Menorca i Eivissa. Cal recordar que a Menorca el certamen ser\u00e0 el dia 11 de mar\u00e7, i a Eivissa, el 24 de mar\u00e7. Igual que en les dues primeres edicions, els participants utilitzaran esp\u00e8cies com el sorell o el pagell, entre altres, per elaborar els plats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest no \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanic premi que ha guanyat Enrique Erazo en aquesta fira, at\u00e8s que tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;han proclamat com a millor elaborador t\u00e0rtar gurmet\u00a0de l&#8217;edici\u00f3
