Batuts, maced\u00f2nies, gelats\u2026 I tamb\u00e9 a la barbacoa, on podem aconseguir unes textures molt interessants i potenciar-ne el sabor.<\/p>\n<p>La calor real\u00e7a els sucres naturals, concentra el sabor i els dona un toc caramel\u00b7litzat delici\u00f3s. Si b\u00e9 la millor manera de consumir fruita \u00e9s al natural, preparar-la aix\u00ed ajudar\u00e0 a millorar el perfil nutricional de les cl\u00e0ssiques barbacoes, on no \u00e9s habitual que els vegetals tinguin molta pres\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, explicam quines s\u00f3n les millors fruites per fer a la graella i qu\u00e8 cal tenir en compte.<\/p>\n<p>Les millors fruites per rostir a la graella:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S\u00edndria<br \/>\n<\/strong>Tallau-la en triangles o rodanxes gruixudes.<br \/>\nPosau els trossos de la s\u00edndria directament sobre la graella.<br \/>\nCombinau-la amb menta, llimona o formatge feta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pinya<br \/>\n<\/strong>Feis servir una pinya que estigui ferma i sucosa.<br \/>\nTallau-la en rodanxes gruixudes (o en trossos m\u00e9s petits, per enfilar en broquetes).<br \/>\nPodeu marinar-la amb una mica de llima.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Melicot\u00f3<br \/>\n<\/strong>Triau-ne de madurs, per\u00f2 ferms.<br \/>\nXapau-los per la meitat i llevau-hi el pinyol.<br \/>\nPintau-los amb oli d\u2019oliva o una mica de mantega.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mel\u00f3<br \/>\n<\/strong>Triau-ne un que sigui ferm i no massa madur (evitau el mel\u00f3 molt tou o suc\u00f3s, perqu\u00e8 es pot rompre amb facilitat).<br \/>\nTallau-lo en rodanxes gruixudes o en grills amb pell (la pell ajuda a mantenir la forma).<br \/>\nPinzellau lleugerament amb oli d\u2019oliva o mantega i rostiu-lo 2-3 minuts per cada costat, fins que apareguin les marques de la graella.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mango<br \/>\n<\/strong>Triau-ne un de fort, que no estigui gaire madur.<br \/>\nTallau-lo en tires gruixudes o cubs per a broquetes.<br \/>\nPodeu marinar el mango amb llima o donar-li un toc coent (per exemple, amb xile en pols tipus taj\u00edn).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Consells i idees per rostir fruites<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Feis servir foc mitj\u00e0 a baix per no cremar-les per fora.<\/li>\n<li>Teniu een compte que, quan rostim aliments amb carbohidrats (com \u00e9s el cas de les fruites), la calor afavoreix que es produeixi acrilamida, que \u00e9s perjudicial per a la salut.
