Es tracta d\u2019un men\u00fa de cap de setmana que combina esperit festiu i cuina mediterr\u00e0nia, dissenyat per l\u2019equip format pel xef executiu Javier L\u00f3pez i el director de gastronomia de l\u2019hotel, Stefano Tabellini.<\/p>\n<p>La proposta pren forma gr\u00e0cies al cuiner itali\u00e0 Antonio Sena, amb el suport del cap de sala Rub\u00e9n Jim\u00e9nez. Segons expliquen tots dos, \u00e9s una opci\u00f3 ideal per reunir amics i fam\u00edlia al voltant de la taula, tant si hi ha un aniversari per celebrar com si simplement es vol compartir un moment especial.<\/p>\n<p>El recorregut culinari comen\u00e7a amb un ventall d\u2019aperitius: olives i envinagrats, hummus i mutabal, anxoves del Cant\u00e0bric, carxofes a la brasa amb salsa romesco, fritura de peix i marisc i altres entrants que donen el to mediterrani al men\u00fa. Com a plat fort, els comensals poden escollir entre un peix fresc cuinat al Josper, una fideu\u00e0 de senyoret servida amb allioli, o b\u00e9 un garr\u00f3 de xot amb pur\u00e9 de topinambur i verdures rostides. Segons Jim\u00e9nez, la casa prioritza la qualitat i la generositat de les racions.<\/p>\n<p>Per tancar el dinar, arriba la part m\u00e9s golosa: una desena llarga de petites creacions dolces, que van des de la tradicional llesca amb ou fins a bombons de festuc, gelats artesans i del\u00edcies com el cucurutxo d\u2019ensa\u00efmada amb xocolata. Tot plegat es completa amb una copa de xampany Mo\u00ebt &amp; Chandon, inclosa dins el men\u00fa.
