{"id":99075,"date":"2026-03-09T09:47:47","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T08:47:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/loli-de-mallorca-torna-a-lluir-a-es-baluard"},"modified":"2026-04-23T12:16:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T10:16:13","slug":"loli-de-mallorca-torna-a-lluir-a-es-baluard","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/loli-de-mallorca-torna-a-lluir-a-es-baluard","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019Oli de Mallorca torna a lluir a Es Baluard"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Nit de l\u2019Oli s\u2019ha confirmat un any m\u00e9s com la gran cita de l\u2019Oli d\u2019Oliva Verge Extra (OOVE) de qualitat diferenciada produ\u00eft a Mallorca, sent nombr\u00f3s el p\u00fablic que s\u2019ha animat a arribar-se a Es Baluard Museu d\u2019Art Contemporani de Palma el divendres 6 de mar\u00e7 per con\u00e8ixer les propostes de productors i elaboradors de la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen Oli de Mallorca que han pres part de la que ja ha sigut la novena edici\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El conseller d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural, Joan Simonet i la consellera de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica i Desenvolupament Local del Consell de Mallorca, Pilar Amate han estat alguns dels assistents a l\u2019esdeveniment que ha reunit desset productors a l\u2019espai de l\u2019Aljub, lloc al qual\u00a0<strong>s\u2019han pogut tastar fins a trenta-una refer\u00e8ncies de verge extra<\/strong>, un ampli ventall entre monovarietals i coupage, alguns dels quals de producci\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica, tots\u00a0<strong>elaborats a partir d\u2019oliva de la varietat arbequina, piqual, mallorquina i empeltre collides en la darrera campanya (2025)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El tast no ha estat l\u2019\u00fanica via que s\u2019ha ofert per apreciar les qualitats i trets diferencials dels olis d\u2019oliva verge extra que tenen el distintiu de qualitat, i\u00a0<strong>els assistents han tingut tamb\u00e9 l\u2019oportunitat de degustar-los amb els diferents suggeriments de maridatge\u00a0<\/strong>oferits pels\u00a0 participants, que enguany han estat S\u2019Oliera de Son Catiu, Es Verger, Son Mir, Son Mesquidassa, Sa Madoneta, Sa Cadernera, Can Feliu, Treurer, Oli Verderol, Aubocassa, Olis S\u00f3ller, Oliuga, SonMo, Clos de s\u2019Almudaina, Oli Solivellas, Meam i Hort de Can Blai.<\/p>\n<p>Acompanyant els olis amb DO Oli de Mallorca a la Nit de l\u2019Oli, el p\u00fablic ha tingut tamb\u00e9 possibilitat de degustar altres productes de qualitat diferenciada de les Illes Balears tals com Ametlla de Mallorca IGP, Formatge Ma\u00f3-Menorca DOP, Oliva de Mallorca DOP i Sobrassada de Mallorca IGP, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s dels vins de Binissalem DO, DO Pla i Llevant i Vi de la Terra IGP.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019esdeveniment s\u2019ha dut a terme amb Fondos FEADER, amb el cofinan\u00e7ament de FOGAIBA, Uni\u00f3n Europea i Ministeri d&#8217;Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Productors de la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen Oli de Mallorca presenten la collita de 2025<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":99067,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[692,955],"tags":[],"coauthors":[2053],"class_list":["post-99075","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat","category-reportatges-i-novetats","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":{"gallery":[103982,103986,103990,103994],"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
