Es tracta d&#8217;un pa original que us pot servir per sorprendre la persona que estimau en aquest dia dels\u00a0<strong>enamorats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Com veis a la imatge, t\u00e9 forma de pa de pag\u00e8s, i est\u00e0 fet amb franges de\u00a0<strong>formatge<\/strong>, que sol ser de Menorca, i de\u00a0<strong>sobrassada<\/strong>, de manera que quan talla, les\u00a0<strong>llesques\u00a0<\/strong>recorden les barres de la\u00a0<strong>senyera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>recepta del pa de Sant Jordi<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s la seg\u00fcent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Per a la pasta de formatge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de farina de mitja for\u00e7a<\/li>\n<li>400 grams de formatge parmes\u00e0 ratllat<\/li>\n<li>50 grams de llevat<\/li>\n<li>10 g de massa mare<\/li>\n<li>12 grams de sal<\/li>\n<li>600 grams d&#8217;aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per a la pasta de sobrassada:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de farina de mitja for\u00e7a<\/li>\n<li>50 grams de llevat<\/li>\n<li>15 grams de sal<\/li>\n<li>10 grams de massa mare<\/li>\n<li>400 grams de sobrassada<\/li>\n<li>480 grams d&#8217;aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per a la pasta de nous:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de farina de for\u00e7a<\/li>\n<li>300 grams de nous picades<\/li>\n<li>15 grams de sal<\/li>\n<li>50 grams de llevat<\/li>\n<li>40 grams de mantega<\/li>\n<li>10 grams de massa mare<\/li>\n<li>550 grams d&#8217;aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>En primer lloc, preparau cada una de les pastes en un recipient diferent i posau-hi la farina i al mig de la farina, feis-hi un forat per afegir-hi la resta d&#8217;ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, pastau per separat les tres elaboracions fins que en quedi una pasta homog\u00e8nia. Quan estigui a punt, deixau-les reposar tapades amb un drap durant uns 25 minuts.<\/p>\n<p>Una vegada que hagi passat aquest temps, estirau les pastes (la de formatge i la de sobrassada), i tallau-ne 5 tires\u00a0grogues, i 4 de vermelles.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s, en una safata gran de forn, posau un raig d&#8217;oli i espolsau-hi farina, i estirau la pasta de nous de manera que quedi ben fina. Afegiu al damunt les tires que heu tallat formant la senyera.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar, deixeu-lo reposar una estona m\u00e9s fins que la pasta hagi doblat el volum. Quan la pasta hagi fermentat, coeu el pa al forn uns 30 minuts a uns 200 graus, amb el forn preescalfat.
