Mentrestant, tallam els moniatos per la meitat, per la part m\u00e9s llargaruda.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, tallam la ceba de per llarg (tires de mitges llunes) i posam l\u2019oli a encalentir dins una paella. En tenir l\u2019oli calent, hi afegim la ceba tallada i una mica de sal. La deixam fer a foc mitj\u00e0, a poc a poc durant, aproximadament 20 minuts.<\/p>\n<p>Quan\u00a0 el forn sigui calent, hi posam els moniatos xapats embolicats en paper d&#8217;alumini. Hi han d&#8217;estar devers 35 minuts. Per saber si estan cuits, podeu usar un escuradents, si el clavau sense complicaci\u00f3 vol dir que ja estan fets.<\/p>\n<p>Una vegada tenim els moniatos cuits, posam tallades fines (o ralladura) de <a href=\"http:\/\/gastromarket.es\/formatges-burguera-campos\/\">Formatge Burguera<\/a> al fons del plat i a sobre el moniato, que tornarem a cobrir al gust amb m\u00e9s formatge.
