{"id":71264,"date":"2014-07-11T14:24:25","date_gmt":"2014-07-11T12:24:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/cebiche-de-gambes-amb-amanida-tropical"},"modified":"2014-07-11T14:24:25","modified_gmt":"2014-07-11T12:24:25","slug":"cebiche-de-gambes-amb-amanida-tropical","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/recepta\/cebiche-de-gambes-amb-amanida-tropical","title":{"rendered":"Cebiche de gambes amb amanida tropical"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong> Ingredients per al cebiche<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de gambes vermelles ben grans, pelades i congelades<\/li>\n<li>El suc de 3 o 4 llimes<\/li>\n<li>1 xile verd tallat en fines rodanxes (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>Pebre negre acabat de moldre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredients per a l&#8217;amanida tropical<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 o 2 tom\u00e0quets mitjans tallats en quadradets petit<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 mango pelat i picat en quadradets de la mateixa grand\u00e0ria que els tom\u00e0quets<\/li>\n<li>1 o 2 fruites de la passi\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 ceba petita ben picada<\/li>\n<li>1 manadet de coriandre fresc picat<\/li>\n<li>Unes gotes de tabasco al gust.<\/li>\n<li>Pebre negre acabat de moldre<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong>:<br \/>\nPoseu les gambes a descongelar una hora abans dins del frigor\u00edfic. Una mica abans de que estiguin completament descongelades, aix\u00ed ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil, les tallam per la meitat longitudinalment i retiram el conducte intestinal.<\/p>\n<p>Col\u00b7locam les gambes un plat pla, procurant formar una sola capa, d&#8217;aquesta manera quedaran perfectament cobertes pel suc de llima. Empolvoram amb el pebre negre m\u00f2lt i el chile verd, si us agrada el coent. Cobrim amb el suc de les llimes, reservant dues cullerades per a l&#8217;amanida. Ho deixem reposar en el frigor\u00edfic durant una hora o m\u00e9s, depenent de si voleu que les gambes quedin m\u00e9s o menys crues.<\/p>\n<p>Mentrestant, posam en un bol tots els ingredients de l&#8217;amanida, acabant amb el suc de llima reservat i una o dues cullerades d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, depenent del gust de cadascun per\u00f2 tenint amb compte que han de predominar els sabors frescos de la llima i les fruites per sobre de l&#8217;oli.Ho barregem amb delicadesa i reservam a la nevera fins al moment de servir.<\/p>\n<p>Per muntar el plat, escorrem les gambes del suc de llima on estaven i retirem el xile verd (o no). Disposem l&#8217;amanida sobre un plat i coloquem per damunt les gambes.
