{"id":71454,"date":"2014-04-23T19:46:54","date_gmt":"2014-04-23T17:46:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/mona-de-pasqua-de-llimona"},"modified":"2014-04-23T19:46:54","modified_gmt":"2014-04-23T17:46:54","slug":"mona-de-pasqua-de-llimona","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/recepta\/mona-de-pasqua-de-llimona","title":{"rendered":"Mona de pasqua de llimona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\nINGREDIENTS<br \/>\nPel pa de pessic<br \/>\n4 ous<br \/>\n130 grams de sucre<br \/>\n80 grams de farina de blat<br \/>\n30 grams de farina d&#8217;ametlla<br \/>\n20 grams de farina de blat de moro<br \/>\n1 culleradeta de pasta de llimona<\/p>\n<p>Per l&#8217;alm\u00edvar<br \/>\n25 cl d&#8217;aigua t\u00e8bia<br \/>\n1 culleradeta de sucre<br \/>\n1\/2 culleradeta de pasta de llimona<\/p>\n<p>Pel farcit<br \/>\nMelmelada de llimona<\/p>\n<p>Per la cobertura<br \/>\n300 grams de sucre llustre<br \/>\n300 grams de mantega<br \/>\n2 culleradetes de pasta de llimona<br \/>\n1 cullerada de llet<br \/>\nametlla picada tipus crocant<\/p>\n<p>Per decorar<br \/>\nFigures de xocolata, plomes, flors de fondant i pollets d&#8217;un rosa intens<br \/>\n<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\n-Batre a punt de neu tres clares d&#8217;ou i 80 grams de sucre. Reservar.<br \/>\n-A part, batres els 3 rovells d&#8217;ou, un ou sencer, els 50 gr de sucre i la pasta de llimona fins que augmenti de volum i la barreja tingui un to blanquin\u00f3s.<br \/>\n-Incorporar amb molt de compte les clares a punt de neu a la barreja de rovells i ou.<br \/>\n-Incorporar les farines tamisades.<br \/>\n-Abocar en un motlle rod\u00f3, de 24 cm de di\u00e0metre aprox, ruixat amb spray antiadherent, i enfornar, a 180 graus, amb opci\u00f3 rebosteria -dalt, baix i ventilador-, durants uns 20 minuts.<br \/>\n-Deixar refredar boca avall, partir per la meitat, untar amb l&#8217;alm\u00edvar i farcir amb la melmelada de llimona. Despr\u00e9s recobrir amb la crema de mantega aconseguida batent, durant uns 10 minuts, el sucre llustre la mantega, la pasta de llimona i la llet.<br \/>\n-Posar al voltant ametlla picada tipus crocant, i decorar al gust amb la crema de mantega restant, figures de xocolata, plomes i pollets.<!--more--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-Batre a punt de neu tres clares d&#8217;ou i 80 grams de sucre.
