{"id":71948,"date":"2014-01-22T14:35:35","date_gmt":"2014-01-22T13:35:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/gotets-dalberginia-fumada-amb-romani-melmelada-de-pebrot-vermell-i-petals-de-flors-thermomix-i-tradicional"},"modified":"2014-01-22T14:35:35","modified_gmt":"2014-01-22T13:35:35","slug":"gotets-dalberginia-fumada-amb-romani-melmelada-de-pebrot-vermell-i-petals-de-flors-thermomix-i-tradicional","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/recepta\/gotets-dalberginia-fumada-amb-romani-melmelada-de-pebrot-vermell-i-petals-de-flors-thermomix-i-tradicional","title":{"rendered":"Gotets d&#8217;alberg\u00ednia fumada amb roman\u00ed, melmelada de pebrot vermell i p\u00e8tals de flors (Thermomix i tradicional)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>Ingredients per la crema d&#8217;alberg\u00ednies:<br \/>\n2 alberg\u00ednies fumades<br \/>\n75 ml de nata per cuinar<br \/>\nMelmelada de pebrot vermell *<br \/>\nP\u00e8tals de flores Ingred\u00edssimo<br \/>\nSal<br \/>\nPebre negre<br \/>\nRoman\u00ed fresc<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients per la mermelada:<br \/>\n400 gr de pebrots vermells<br \/>\n200 gr de sucre<br \/>\n100 ml de vinagre blanc<br \/>\n  50 ml d&#8217;aigua mineral<br \/>\n<br \/><strong>Elaboraci&oacute;<\/strong><br \/>Per a la crema d&#8217;alberg\u00ednia :<\/p>\n<p>Rostirem les alberg\u00ednies al foc o al forn i quan s&#8217;hagin refredat una mica les pelarem.<br \/>\nLa crema d&#8217;alberg\u00ednies:<br \/>\nEn un recipient d&#8217;alumini , posarem el roman\u00ed i sobre, amb un altre recipient que pugui quedar inserit , les alberg\u00ednies ja pelades .<br \/>\nCremarem el roman\u00ed i taparem perqu\u00e8 es quedi fumada .<\/p>\n<p>Un cop ja no faci fum , obrirem el recipient i posarem les alberg\u00ednies al vas de la batedora amb una mica de sal , pebre i la nata i batrem .<\/p>\n<p>Omplirem els gots i adornarem amb la melmelada de pebrots vermells i els p\u00e8tals de flors .<\/p>\n<p>La mermelada:<\/p>\n<p>En Thermomix :<br \/>\nPosem els pebrots en el got i els trossegem 6 segons a vel . 10 .<br \/>\nAfegim el sucre , el vinagre i l&#8217;aigua i programem 40 minuts , temperatura Varoma i vel. cullera .<\/p>\n<p>Tradicional :<br \/>\nEn un cass\u00f3 posarem els pebrots pr\u00e8viament trossejats i la resta dels ingredients a foc lent fins que veiem que tingui la textura de melmelada .<\/p>\n<p>Per a ambd\u00f3s casos :<\/p>\n<p>Omplim pots de vidre (que haurem esterilitzat pr\u00e8viament en aigua bullint) amb la melmelada encara calenta , tancarem i els donarem la volta per aconseguir que facin el buit .<\/p>\n<p>Nota:<\/p>\n<p>La melmelada \u00e9s millor tenir-la feta uns dies abans , ja que d&#8217;aquesta manera , agafa m\u00e9s cos . Combina molt b\u00e9 amb tot tipus de formatges .<\/p>\n<p>Val la pena fer la quantitat que us indico , ja que aix\u00ed podreu disposar-ne durant diversos mesos .<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s molt important esterilitzar els pots on l&#8217;anem a conservar.<\/p>\n<p>El pas de fumar l&#8217;alberg\u00ednia , es pot obviar , per\u00f2 si ho voleu fer i no ho he explicat molt b\u00e9 , ho podeu veure al
