De carn de porc picada<br \/>\n250 gr. De carn de vedella picada<br \/>\n1 ou<br \/>\nMolla de pa sec<br \/>\n1 got de llet<br \/>\nAll<br \/>\nJulivert<br \/>\nFarina<br \/>\nPa ratllat<br \/>\nSal<br \/>\nOli d\u2019oliva verge extra<br \/>\n<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\nElaboraci\u00f3 de les mandonguilles:<\/p>\n<p>Es fa una massa amb les dues carns, l\u2019all picadet, el julivert, el pa remullat amb la llet, l\u2019ou, sal i pebre.<br \/>\nFem les mandonguilles, les enfarinem i les fregim en oli. Les reservem al damunt d\u2019un paper absorbent, per treure\u2019ls l\u2019exc\u00e9s d\u2019oli.<\/p>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3 del plat:<\/p>\n<p>Sofregirem una miqueta el tom\u00e0quet, la pastanaga i l\u2019all en una cassola amb oli d\u2019oliva. Seguidament hi posarem tres o quatre cullerades de la ceba confitada i el vi ranci. Deixerem que redueixi el vi, poc a poc.
