Les potes les vam fer amb regal\u00e8ssia i els ulls amb caramels. El pitjor va ser trobar una base on poder punxar els palets, ten\u00edem unes planxes de suro que semblaven ideals per\u00f2 al final van ser un desastre i no hi havia forma de redre\u00e7ar les aranyes&#8230;.encara que com va dir el meu fill, s\u00f3n per fer por i aix\u00ed queden m\u00e9s aut\u00e8ntiques&#8230;b\u00e9&#8230;intenteu mirar-les des d&#8217;aquesta perspectiva \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Quan ens varem cansar de punxar regal\u00e8ssia i de que es su\u00efcidessin m\u00e9s cake-pops, varem passar al pla B:\u00a0arrebossar els que quedaven en caramels, uns\u00a0cake-pops-cursis segons el meu fill, encara que a mi em semblen molt macos. No s\u00e9 quant temps trigar\u00e9 a repetir l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia, per\u00f2 cal recon\u00e8ixer que un cake-pop recent sortit de la nevera est\u00e0 delici\u00f3s! Us hi animeu?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients per al bescuit<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 ous<\/li>\n<li>80 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>130 g de nata<\/li>\n<li>130 g de farina de rebosteria<\/li>\n<li>3 cullerades de cacao pur en pols<\/li>\n<li>1 pessic de sal<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sobre de llevat<\/li>\n<li>mantega per greixar el motlle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredients per al farcit i decoraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>60 g de formatge Philadelphia<\/li>\n<li>120 g de sucre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n<li>1 tableta de xocolata fondant trossejat<\/li>\n<li>100 g de xocolata amb llet trossejat<\/li>\n<li>1boletes de colors i de xocolata per arrebossar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/div>\n<div>Comencem fent el bescuit. Posar en el got de la Thermomix els ous i el sucre, barrejar 4 min\/40\u00ba\/vel 4. Afegir la nata, la farina, el cacao, la sal, el llevat i barrejar 4 seg\/vel 5. Acabar d&#8217;embolicar amb l&#8217;esp\u00e0tula, abocar en un motlle pr\u00e8viament greixat i hornear uns 20 minutos a 180\u00baC. Retirar i deixar refredar.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Quan el bescuit estigui ben fred, trossejar-ho i introduir-ho en el got net i sec, i triturar 10 seg\/vel 5. Afegir el formatge cremoso i el sucre m\u00f2lt i barrejar 20 seg\/vel 5. Retirar la mescla del got i formar boles amb les mans de 20-25 g aproximadament. Deixar reposar en el frigor\u00edfic almenys 30 minuts.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Transcorregut aquest temps, fondre la xocolata al bany mar\u00eda o en el microones. Mullar la punta roma d&#8217;un escuradents de broqueta en la xocolata i punxar cada bola de bescuit sense travessar-la. Deixar reposar en el congelador 30 minuts (per evitar que els cake pops se su\u00efcidin).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Remullar les boles de bescuit en la xocolata i decorar al gust. Deixar-los reposar en la nevera fins al moment de servir. \u00c9s important que la xocolata fosa estigui al punt just, si \u00e9s necessari escalfar-ho de tant en tant fins a acabar de banyar tots els
