Pelem i casquem una patata i afegim . Cobrim amb aigua , aboquem un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli , salpebrem i coem tot durant 15 minuts . Despr\u00e9s triturem , passem la barreja a una gerra , posem a punt de sal , afegim un pessic de pebre i reservem .<br \/>\nPer a la crema de carbassa , piquem la ceba , les pastanagues i la carbassa a daus ( reservem un grapadet de carbassa ) . Col \u00b7 loquem tot en una cassola , pelem l&#8217;altra patata, la casquem i afegim . Assaonem i cobrim amb aigua . Aboquem una mica d&#8217; oli i deixem cuinar durant 15 minuts , triturem , posem a punt de sal , afegim un pessic de pebre i reservem en una altra gerra .<br \/>\nPel amaniment de blat de moro , piquem els blats de moro torrats al morter , despr\u00e9s els col \u00b7 loquem en un bol , afegim el curri i un raig d&#8217;oli . Ho barregem i reservem .<br \/>\nA continuaci\u00f3 escaldem en una cassola amb aigua bullint durant un minut els ramells de br\u00f2quil i els daus de carbassa reservats . Escorrem i reservem .<br \/>\nA l&#8217;hora de servir , aboquem en un plat fons les dues cremes al mateix temps , una per cada costat del plat , fins que s&#8217;ajuntin al centre. Acompanya amb uns dauets de carbassa sobre la crema de br\u00f2quil i uns ramells de br\u00f2quil sobre la crema de carbassa .
