{"id":72406,"date":"2013-10-07T19:11:57","date_gmt":"2013-10-07T17:11:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/crema-de-carbassa-amb-bacalla-esqueixat"},"modified":"2013-10-07T19:11:57","modified_gmt":"2013-10-07T17:11:57","slug":"crema-de-carbassa-amb-bacalla-esqueixat","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/recepta\/crema-de-carbassa-amb-bacalla-esqueixat","title":{"rendered":"Crema de carbassa amb bacall\u00e0 esqueixat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>1 Carbassa mitjaneta<\/p>\n<p>1 Porro<\/p>\n<p>Oli d\u2019oliva verge extra<\/p>\n<p>Sal<\/p>\n<p>Aigua mineral<\/p>\n<p>Bacall\u00e0 dessalat i esqueixat<\/p>\n<p>Oli de cibolet<\/p>\n<p>Alfals germinat<br \/><strong>Elaboraci&oacute;<\/strong><br \/>En una olleta, sofregim una mica el porro amb oli d\u2019oliva i a continuaci\u00f3 hi afegim la carbassa a trossets, ho sofregim una mica m\u00e9s i afegim una mica d\u2019aigua i salem una miqueta.<\/p>\n<p>Ho deixem coure uns 10 minuts.<\/p>\n<p>Tot seguit, triturem amb la batedora i ho pasem per un colador fi.<\/p>\n<p>Opcionalment hi podem afegir una miqueta de crema fresca o formatge de Ma\u00f2 ratllat. A mi, personalment, ja m\u2019agrada sense, per fer un plat m\u00e9s natural i sense greixos.<\/p>\n<p>Presentarem en un plat fondo, posant el bacall\u00e0, que ja tindrem dessalat i esqueixat, fent una muntanyeta al centre del plat. Al voltant hi posarem la crema de carbassa, a la que hi posarem una mica d\u2019oli de cibolet al damunt. Acabem el plat amb una mica d\u2019alfals germinat.<\/p>\n<p>Per a fer l\u2019oli de cibolet, nom\u00e9s hem de triturar-ne una mica amb la batedora amb oli d\u2019oliva verge extra.<\/p>\n<p>Podem servir el plat fred o amb la crema una mica t\u00e8bia.<\/p>\n<p>Bo, saludable, facilet de fer i de m\u00e9s bon menjar.
