{"id":72700,"date":"2013-07-21T01:01:06","date_gmt":"2013-07-20T23:01:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/milfulls-amb-albercocs"},"modified":"2013-07-21T01:01:06","modified_gmt":"2013-07-20T23:01:06","slug":"milfulls-amb-albercocs","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/recepta\/milfulls-amb-albercocs","title":{"rendered":"Milfulls amb albercocs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Base de pasta de fulls<br \/>\n\u2022Albercocs (tamb\u00e9 es poden emprar altres fruites: pomes, cireres, melicot\u00f3&#8230;)<br \/>\n\u2022Sucre<br \/>\n\u2022Una mica de farina<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Prepararem els albercos; els farem nets, els escolarem i deixarem que s&#8217;eixuguin.<br \/>\n2.Mentre, posarem una mica de farina damunt la superf\u00edcie de treball, per evitar que la pasta de fulls quedi enganxada, i l&#8217;estirarem una mica amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un corr\u00f3.<br \/>\n3.Quan tenguem la planxa de fulls a punt, punxarem amb una forqueta la part d&#8217;enmig on hi anir\u00e0 col\u00b7locada la fruita perqu\u00e8 no bufi.<br \/>\n4.Col\u00b7locarem els albercocs damunt la pasta de fulls i escamparem sucre per damunt, intentant que en quedi per les voreres (damunt la pasta de fulls).<br \/>\n5.Tendrem el forn escalfat a 200\u00baC, i courem la pasta uns 20 minuts. Anau vigilant el forn, i si veis que a damunt ha agafat color, per\u00f2 el cul no est\u00e0 cuit, posau un tros de paper d&#8217;alumini damunt la coca, aix\u00ed no se vos
