En aquest punt he tirat l&#8217;arr\u00f2s i he anat remenant de tant en tant, perqu\u00e8 no s&#8217;enganx\u00e9s i an\u00e9s deixant el mid\u00f3, durant uns 10 minuts. Passat aquest temps he tirat l&#8217;arr\u00f2s.<br \/>\nHe continuat remenant durant deu minuts m\u00e9s. He provat l&#8217;arr\u00f2s i estava un xic dur, aix\u00ed que he afegit una mica d&#8217;aigua calenta fins que ha quedat completament cuit amb una tectura com de rissotto. En aquest moment, l&#8217;he retirat del foc i l&#8217;he deixat refredar.<br \/>\nQuan ha estat completament fred, he posat l&#8217;arr\u00f2s en un pot amb la crema de soja i l&#8217;he passat pel t\u00farmix, deixant una pasta cremosa, no molt l\u00edquida.<br \/>\nQuan he tingut la pasta feta, hi he afegit xocolata picada amb un ganivet a trossets petits.<br \/>\nHe remenat la barreja de la pasta d&#8217;arr\u00f2s i taronja amb la xocolata, com si fos un after-eight o una stracciatella.<br \/>\nHo he posat al congelador, perqu\u00e8 no tinc m\u00e0quina de fer gelats, i he anat remenant cada hora, fins que ha estat completament amb la textura de gelat.<!--more--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Atreviu-vos a fer aquest gelat!
