Ingredients<\/strong>
\n– 500ml suc de taronja
\n– 80gr arr\u00f2s
\n– 60gr. sucre
\n– 250ml crema de cuina de soja
\n– un xic d’aigua, no puc dir-vos la quantitat exacte
\n– xocolata picada
\n– una culleradeta de glicerina l\u00edquida (opcional)
\nElaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>
\nPer fer aquest gelat, primer farem un suc de taronja.
\nAquest suc jo no l’he colat i l’he posat a un cass\u00f3 a que arrenqu\u00e9s el bull. En aquest punt he tirat l’arr\u00f2s i he anat remenant de tant en tant, perqu\u00e8 no s’enganx\u00e9s i an\u00e9s deixant el mid\u00f3, durant uns 10 minuts. Passat aquest temps he tirat l’arr\u00f2s.
\nHe continuat remenant durant deu minuts m\u00e9s. He provat l’arr\u00f2s i estava un xic dur, aix\u00ed que he afegit una mica d’aigua calenta fins que ha quedat completament cuit amb una tectura com de rissotto. En aquest moment, l’he retirat del foc i l’he deixat refredar.
\nQuan ha estat completament fred, he posat l’arr\u00f2s en un pot amb la crema de soja i l’he passat pel t\u00farmix, deixant una pasta cremosa, no molt l\u00edquida.
\nQuan he tingut la pasta feta, hi he afegit xocolata picada amb un ganivet a trossets petits.
\nHe remenat la barreja de la pasta d’arr\u00f2s i taronja amb la xocolata, com si fos un after-eight o una stracciatella.
\nHo he posat al congelador, perqu\u00e8 no tinc m\u00e0quina de fer gelats, i he anat remenant cada hora, fins que ha estat completament amb la textura de gelat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
