{"id":73003,"date":"2013-04-22T15:31:02","date_gmt":"2013-04-22T15:31:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/limoncello"},"modified":"2013-04-22T15:31:02","modified_gmt":"2013-04-22T15:31:02","slug":"limoncello","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/recepta\/limoncello","title":{"rendered":"Limoncello"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 llimones ecol\u00f2giques<\/li>\n<li>1 litre de alcohol de 95\u00ba<\/li>\n<li>1 litre d\u2019aigua<\/li>\n<li>800 gr. de sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Peleu les llimones fent atenci\u00f3 a treure nom\u00e9s la pell i no la part blanca de la llimona.<\/p>\n<p>En un contenidor preferiblement de vidre amb tapa herm\u00e8tica poseu a macerar les pells amb l\u2019alcohol per un m\u00ednim de 15 dies fins a un mes. Passat aquest temps, prepareu un xarop amb el sucre i l\u2019aigua en un cass\u00f3 a flama baixa. Millor que no arranqui el bull, simplement voleu que el sucre es desfaci.<\/p>\n<p>Una vegada que el xarop no estigui massa calent, afegiu-hi l\u2019alcohol sense les pells. Deixeu que es refredi i guardeu la barreja en ampolles. Abans de posar el licor a les ampolles filtreu-los amb un colador i amb cot\u00f3 fluix.<\/p>\n<p>El licor ha de reposar 4-5 mesos. Quan el passeu de l\u2019ampolla on el guardeu a l\u2019ampolla que utilitzareu per servir-lo, torneu-lo a filtrar amb el cot\u00f3 fluix (com m\u00e9s vegades es filtri, quedar\u00e0 m\u00e9s clar).<br \/>\nEs serveix fred (jo tinc l\u2019ampolleta al congelador) i si voleu en gots tamb\u00e9 molt freds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 fem amb les llimones que queden?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Em vaig oblidar de dir que les llimones es poden menjar aix\u00ed com estan, tallades a rodanxes, cobertes amb sucre o amanides.\u00a0 N\u2019hi ha que se les mengen sense sucre .<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019amanida de llimones<\/strong> \u00e9s un cl\u00e0ssic de la Costiera Amalfitana i per fer-la s\u2019utilitzen llimones que tenen la part blanca molt gruixuda. Es pelen deixant la part blanca (i nosaltres ja tenim les llimones pelades aix\u00ed perqu\u00e8 hem fet el limoncello), es posen en un bol i s\u2019amaneixen amb oli, sal grossa, julivert picat, un bitxo i si voleu una mica d\u2019all.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En fem xarop<\/strong>: exprimiu les llimones i poseu en un cass\u00f3 els suc obtingut i la mateixa quantitat de sucre. 100 ml de suc i 100 gr. de sucre per exemple. Amb flama no massa forta deixeu que el sucre es desfaci sense que arrenqui el bull. Aquest xarop es pot guardar a la nevera per 2 o 3 mesos i es fa servir dilu\u00eft amb aigua com a beguda refrescant, per banyar un pa de pessic, per lo que voleu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En fem gla\u00e7ons<\/strong>: congelem el suc de les llimones i fem servir els gla\u00e7ons per acompanyar un te fred, per fer un granissat, per lo que serveixi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En fem
