{"id":73025,"date":"2013-04-20T22:47:35","date_gmt":"2013-04-20T22:47:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/tarta-de-maduixa-i-flam"},"modified":"2013-04-20T22:47:35","modified_gmt":"2013-04-20T22:47:35","slug":"tarta-de-maduixa-i-flam","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/recepta\/tarta-de-maduixa-i-flam","title":{"rendered":"Past\u00eds de maduixa, flam i nata"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mig kilo de maduixes<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Pasta de full<\/li>\n<li>\u00a03 ous (jo en vaig fer servir 4 perqu\u00e8 eren molt petits)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0200 ml de llet<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de sucre per cada ou<\/li>\n<li>200 ml nata per muntar<\/li>\n<li>Alm\u00edvar (3 o 4 cullerades de sucre i una mica d&#8217;aigua)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c9s un past\u00eds en quatre passes: pasta de full, flam, nata i maduixes.<br \/>\n1. La pasta de full: la vaig comprar feta. Triem el motlle i el folrem amb paper vegetal i per sobre el folrem amb la pasta de full.<\/p>\n<p>2. El flam:<br \/>\nIngredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 ous (jo en vaig fer servir 4 perqu\u00e8 eren molt petits)<\/li>\n<li>200 ml de llet<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de sucre per cada ou<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Escalfem la llet amb el sucre perque es dissolgui i li afegim als ous batuts sense deixar de batre perque no es cualli l&#8217;ou. Es tira a dintre del motlle que hem folrat amb pasta de full i, tapat amb paper de plata, el fiquem al forn escalfat a 180\u00ba uns 15-20 minuts.<\/p>\n<p>3. Nata: muntem 200 ml de nata i, un cop tret el past\u00eds del forn i refredat, el decorem. No cal que sigui perfecte, penseu que a sobre hi posarem les maduixes.<\/p>\n<p>4. Maduixes: les netegem, les partim per la meitat i les reservem. A una paella hi posem unes cullerades de sucre i una mica d&#8217;aigua i fem un alm\u00edvar esp\u00e9s. Col\u00b7loquem les maduixes a sobre de la nata i les pintem amb un pinzell amb l&#8217;alm\u00edvar.
