Omplim el fons del motlle amb la barreja pitjant-la fins que quedi ben compacta.<\/p>\n<p>Mesclem el mascarpone i el sucre llustre en un bol i l&#8217;aboquem damunt la galeta. Amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;una esp\u00e0tula el distribu\u00efm b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 no quedin forats ni desnivells. Guardem a la nevera durant una hora.<\/p>\n<p>Quan hagi reposat, desemmotllem amb molt de compte i hi col\u00b7loquem per sobre les maduixes tallades per la meitat i els festucs en bocins.<\/p>\n<p>Podem ruixar-lo amb una mica de mel o xarop de maduixa.<\/p>\n<p>Bon profit!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Per fer aquest past\u00eds necessitem un motlle desmuntable de mida mitjana.
